Amazon India — disgusting amazon customer care and amazon | |||||
Order #[protected] I'm entirely frustrated and fed up with amazon. I filed a complaint regarding i received a refurbished product of my dell laptop. The dell autorised bill says that the laptop was purchased in nov, 2015 but i bought on aug, 2016. Now the laptop suffers from serious issues. I'm taken to the warranty they said you'll gonna loose your 9 months of warranty. Then afterwards i contacted amazon for this issue. They said myself to wait for 3 working days. I too wait for 3 working days i didn't get any notification from amazon side. Then i call to amazon once again i repeat my entire complaint. They too says me to wait for 3 days. It's keep on going. And half a month passed. Now too today i called it's repeats the same.17 days has passed. I'm having work on my laptop. But i can't able to get service and your side not responding.. What can i do now.? It's totally disgusting. I also attached all the proof of the laptop which is refurbished. Was this information helpful? | |||||
