Amazon India — Disgusting services... Poor coordination... Wrong update... Courier company spoiling name of amazon brand | |||||
• Product delivery update and attempt wrong updated • Courier Company never called and response on phone and update that attempted to deliver. • When you called to Amazon service centre agent like Pratipal will be rude. Addressing issues without even listening your problem. If you ask to transfer the call he will refuse. Over lapping on call/Rude answers/ also will not disconnect the call if you request. • Kindly retrieve the call recording between 8:45 am till 12:00 • 6 calls no resolution//no text no email... fake promises.. • If you call again you will get an ensurance that you product will be deliver. No text on phone not evens a confirmation or acknowledgment over the email. • Fake promised that everything will be look after you email already sent which is not. • Finally i took off from my office as per last agent of Amazon services & such a shock i received final call that product has been delay. • I knew it’s Diwali festival that is why it hasn’t been delivered. However, no information provided. • Domestic market for online shopping will remain unsuccessful. • In order to improve the service action is most important. Moral of thee story...
