Amazon India — Double charge for amazon prime membership

Double charge (14th july )for amazon prime mambership and complaint no 5127 and call (23th july )amazon special team and team says wait 24 to 48 hours your refund received in Amazon gift card but after 3 days not received any balance so i m call again amazon team but no reply and again ask any details i m says show complaint no 5127, team say ok and wait 15 to 20 min disconnect call and chat
1500 rs important fore not free money refunded my money now
