Amazon India — Double Payment collected for single product delivery

I received a parcel ordered on amazon delivered by delivery boy on 16-06-25 at my residence at Chennai, Tracking ID[protected], He made a call to me as i was at office and asked me to pay Rs 623 by link sent in whatsapp. I have paid by UPI.Also he collected cash payment of Rs 623 from my wife. After knowing this When we asked to return for cash, he informed he has closed manually and UPI payment will be returned to my bank account.But when checked in checked my amazon account, only UPI payment is reflected in transaction, The amount Rs 623 is not returned Kindly arrange to return the excess amount
