Amazon India — Due technical by his agent ordered was cancelled. | |
I ordered a phone from amazon india. Today the package was out for delivery. Delivery agent asked me for otp which is to be send by them. I didnt received any otp. I gave my phone to delivery agent said you can check my phone there is no otp. He asked me to see my amazon app over there also I haven’t seen anything. After that the delivery agent entered a wrong otp after seeing my text and now the delivery company cancelled the product. There was technical glitch that I haven’t received otp and the agent entered a wrong otp and because of him my ordered was cancelled. After that i called an amazon agent they said they will try to re- attempt the delivery after 23. Approx 15 mins after i called again and now the agent is saying that they couldn’t do anything and the previous agent lied about the re - attempting. Was this information helpful? | |
