This is regarding my order[protected] for Apple watch 7 from Amazon.
Here is the details of what has happened till now:
- I had placed my order on 4th of June
- The order is received was a duplicate product with item missing
- After multiple follow ups I was able to place a return request where the
collection center guy came picked up the order in the morning and bought it
back saying that they cannot pick the order as it is a high value order and
a confirmation is needed from the central team
- this went on for a month and I have received and after countless calls to
Amazon the order was finally picked up
- I was told my order will be refunded in 3 days by 28th of June
- I called Amazon customer care on 29th and they told me the refund will
happen in 2 days
- no refund can by 4th of July and when I called again the team told me
they raised a enquiry which will resolved in 3 days.
- I called on July 9 and your agent confirmed to me that refund will start
in 3 to 5 day. They even sent me a email confirmation
How is it my fault that the order was incorrectly delivered. I have already
paid 2 EMIs for the same. I order was duplicate and I have returned the same thing that was delivered to me.
