Amazon India — Earphone not working

Dear Amazone,

I buy an item (Micromax Canvas Fire A104) from you on dated[protected] my order id :[protected] but from yesterday the earphone that came with free was not working properly.
as per your side product and acceries warranty 6 month so i request you please do the needful.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 10 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
