Amazon India — emi is not converted by amazon | |||||
Purchased Iphone under EMI for 12 months on november 2016 But my statements are not showing the amount converted to EMI..But till date EMI is not converted & my bank also confirms transaction was not under EMI. Now Amazon refuses to take my complaint stating that i need to contact bank for EMI conversion & they cannot help me. We are still paying the minimum fue amount to the bank for which bank is charging us some financial charges as they expect us to pay the whole lumpsome amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
