Dear Consumer Service,
I have ordered DLEST Stainless Steel from Amzaon and got delivered on 4th July'2025. Order Ref Order #[protected]
To my surprise, the box was empty and by the time i tried to call delivery person, he was gone.
On 4th July'2025 immediately given delivery feedback with pictures and video, the delivery feedback submitted but nobody bothered to reply to my delivery feedback.
With no feedback from Amazon, i had requested to return on 14th July'25. Pickup person came on 15th July'25 but not taken the empty box. He had asked to contact customer service.
Contacting customer service was very complicated, he had to take help from others and then was able to talk to customer service.
As per customer service, they can not refund as 10 days time has been passed but nobody bothered to revert my delivery feedback.
Conclusion
-For a common app user, its very difficult to get customer service numbers
-nobody bothers to reply to the delivery feedback
- i have lost around INR 1200
- i was so frustrated that, i have deleted my account from amazon and i will never use amazon service
-Automated messages says that my refund process has been started but representatives says the number of days passed, they wll not be able to refund. attaching screenshot for your reference.
government should please look into the services and complaints from Rough company Amazon. Please take necessary actions to protect the citizens of India.
Finally, please save the back bone of Indian small time traders.
