Amazon India — Empty box received | |||||
I had odered a casio edfice watch worth rs.8495, but i had received a box with no product inside. I had conacted amazon customer care immediately.. First they gave me assurance that my money is safe. But it has been so many days, i had called and mailed so many times to amazon giving all the facts in detail... But they are dening to issue the refund... The executives are not able to solve my problem and they are also not transfering my call to the respective team who deals with such cases (According to them).. I am really frustated..
