I am writing to escalate an ongoing issue with my Amazon orders (Order number[protected] &[protected]; these have been stuck at the final delivery station without movement for days - with delivery being differed for later dates without a reason. This has been the case twice despite multiple follow‑ups through customer support channels, there has been no resolution.
Issue Summary:
The orders get stuck at the final delivery station.
No proactive communication or explanation being provided for not delivering on committed timelines.
The stated delay had caused me significant inconvenience - I was forced to stay at home over the weekend & on a working day (could not go for a Family outing and also had to abstain from going to office on 15th & 18th Dec).
Especially considering these orders were connected with an Exchange scheme - I had to be present personally to administer the exchange.
ASK:
An urgent intervention from senior escalation team to:
Investigate the root cause of the delay.
Share an explanation of what led to these delays
Provide a confirmed and accurate delivery timeline.
Ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
