Amazon India — Extremely Disappointed with My Amazon Experience

I’m writing this post out of sheer frustration and disappointment with my recent experience on Amazon.

I placed an order on 3rd October, which was supposed to be delivered by 25th October. However, the item never arrived. The last tracking update showed 17th October, and after that — no communication, no update, nothing.

Despite reaching out to Amazon customer care multiple times, I was repeatedly told that there’s “no update” on my order. To make matters worse, my order was cancelled without my consent, which was truly shocking and unacceptable.

I was genuinely waiting for this product, and this kind of experience not only causes inconvenience but also damages the trust I’ve had in Amazon for years. Offering a ₹200 coupon for such a major lapse doesn’t even begin to address the issue.

I hope Amazon India and the Amazon customer experience team take this feedback seriously and work on improving their communication, accountability, and transparency with customers.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had on Amazon so far.
