I carefully researched and read numerous positive reviews before making my decision, believing that I would receive a reliable and high-performance device. However, upon receiving the laptop and attempting to use it, I have faced a myriad of issues that have rendered it practically useless.

Firstly, the laptop's performance is far from what was advertised. It lags, freezes, and crashes frequently, making it nearly impossible to perform even basic tasks. The system's response time is excruciatingly slow, and it fails to meet the minimum specifications outlined in the product description.
