Amazon India — failed to deliver product at address. | |||
Dear sir/madam, Placed an order on 26 october 2017 and it was a prepaid item via debit card payment. Item was supposed to be delivered by today but did receive a phone call from courier services 5 days ago that my item is ready for delivery but i should collect it outside my designated delivery address which is 8 kms away. Filed a complaint to amazon via chat session but now i'm seeing that my item delivery date has changed to another 4 more extra days. Really disappointed with amazon delivery handling strategy and seems that they do not have any control over their partner delivery courier companies. It seems that the courier serviceman has taken his revenge on me for not coming over to collect the item from a place which is suitable to him and i don't know why i paid delivery charges in the first place. Planning to deactivate my user account and moving over to other online purchase sites after this issue is over. Was this information helpful? | |||
