Amazon India — Failure of timely delivery | |||||
Item(room heater, Order Id:[protected] ordered on 3rd jan 17under prime with one day guaranteed delivery. However, yet to receive as on 05 Jan 17. Spoke to atleast 4 Amazon executives & everybody assured delivery, but all fake n lied. Seems to be drastic issues in the organisation which lead to failure of delivery even after two days. As a customer has suffered a lot and the person's responsible should be penalised so such incidents doesn't happen in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
