Amazon India — fake bata product

Dear concern,
I had purchased bata men's sandals (6uk/india (40eu), brown) from spike retail through amazon.in which i found fake product
The seller sold this item with name of bata and i paid 1054inr against the item believing it was of bata.
Now i want my money back and want to file complaint against amazon for this fraud.
