[Resolved] Amazon India — Fake delivery attempt and product delivery delayed for 5 days - still waiting | |||||
Product name : moto g4 plus mobile Order no :[protected] I have raised the complaint on my product delivery for 5 times and customer care and lead failed to answer the queries on product delivery. Giving a blunder answers to wait for more 24 - 48 hrs. If the product is not delivered refund will be arranged as normal process. Customer interaction : _ Customercare : i´ve contacted them successfully for delivery. Please wait till the end of the day for delivery. And the gift card will be added to your account once the order is delivered. Me: i dont want any gift card What is my next step I wan the explanation on this too Customercare: please contact us, we will help you with refund/replacement to new address. Me: can the refund can be done in a hour after my cancellation I[censored] promiss me on this i will accept the delay fault from u guys Ee am fighting for this from last 5 days I have given many chances on this And now i dont want to give any chance to u guys Customercare: once we received the item, we will issue the refund for you. Me: so am talking like this Yes till that time i should be wait for my money again U suppose to tell me this Customercare: yes. I´m sorry for the way you feel. It generally takes up to 5-10 business days for the item to reach us once it is picked up. Me: how can u expect to make a customer to wait for the product for these many days Customercare: normally, we will refund the amount after we received the item. However, to help you better i will process the refund once the tracking is updated as returned. Me: and u giving the explanation that you have to wait for refund for next order. How can u expect after the poor service i will see amazon again.!! _ No customer satisfaction and poor service. No proper customer interaction in resolving the issue. Customer care not bothering about the customer point of view. No proper action taken on the delivery. Am waiting for my order amazon courier giving a fault status on web that we have attempted for delivery and your not available on the delivery address.
