I purchased a watch from amazon and its delevery is scheduled on 27th on april bt after paying 1800 for watch when we open the box we find the hair oil. I complain immediately to amezon executive they told me to resolve and next day again they deliver the real watch package and the delivery boy taken payment of watch and i pay it through upi. Then contact executive for my refund on fake product. I attached all details in this email, my 15 day time was wasted they are just confirming my bank account daily no solution they provide... I am very frustrated please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am tired now.
