[Resolved] Amazon India — fake products | |
सर, मैंने amazon से indian terrain का nevy color का trouser खरीदा था जिसका order नंबर [protected] है। मैंने 7 सितंबर को product आर्डर किया और 17 को product deliver हुआ। 30 सितंबर को मैंने amazon को फ़ोन करके product की समस्या से अवगत करा दिया था कि trouser का कलर उतर रहा है लेकिन amazon की तरफ से बताया गया कि प्रोडक्ट original है fake नही। अब स्थिति यह है कि तीसरी धुलाई में प्रोडक्ट का कलर जा चुका है। amazon इस बात को स्वीकार ही नही कर रहा कि मैंने फ़ोन किया था और स्थिति से अवगत कराया था जबकि amazon के पास कॉल की ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग उपलब्ध है। Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6446We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Abhishek Mishra ("Complainant") and find that he is concerned about the issues with Indian Terrain Men's Skinny Fit Casual Trousers (ITMTR00032_Navy_36W x 34L) ("Product") purchased by him from the independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website") and that he has requested for replacement of the Product. It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for refund or return of the Product, as per policy. The Complainant may contact the manufacturer for redressal of his grievances. It is further submitted that ASSPL does not provide any after sales services, warranty, guarantee, in relation to any product that are listed on the Website. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |
