Amazon India — Fake promises by chat agents

I notice that when the issue is difficult to handle, the chat agents lie to the customer that they in their capacity have processed the refund and it will get credited back to amazon pay balance within 24 hours.

However later when you get a call back from amazon it's clear that it was all fake.
Amazon agents on chat just to satisfy customers make false promises.

Updated by diff_2013 I bought THE STYLE SUTRA Black USB 3.0 Female to Dual USB Male Extra Power Data Y Extension Cable for 2.5" Mobile Hard Disk.

This is USB Y Cable to support additional power from a USB 2.0 port.
The product is faulty and does not work.
This seller is a cheater seller. Be aware.

LRDECOR Gallery is cheater seller. Check their ratings just 41% positive over one year. I should have checked these details before placing my order.

Future buyers be aware.
