Amazon India — Fake PS4 disc received

I ordered PS4 Marvels SpiderMan Miles Morales video game on Amazon (order number is[protected] but I’ve received a fake product (received blank CD instead of the actual PS4 game). Amazon claims that since this product is non refundable, I should get in touch with cloudtail India (the seller). I even tried reaching out to them but got no response.

I also noticed that I am not the first customer to receive a fake product (see reviews in https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08LFBM5JV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XP7DCKJRV55T0F9HYNTM?_encoding=UTF8&p...⇄ please escalate this with Amazon India/Cloudtail India and trigger my refund.
