Amazon India — False and misleading promises and assurance

Regarding order no[protected]

The last conversation I had with your Leadership team Mukesh really awful, He said its his company policy that they don't provide their Last names... Anyways
Oct 3rd i purchased a few things on your website...like every other individual your sees your ad Amazon apka apna shopping wagera ...
Got a few deliveries on time felt really good.
Then the blunder starts
1) delivery 08th oct - one pair of sneaker's with different No's one 8 and other 9.
I really felt funny but 2 days to dushera!!! no shoes feels awful, still i let it go, wanted it replaced tried their website but only option was too get refund. So i spoke with their customer service some Debanshu, said sir tom only i will arrange pick up..
Nothing happened..
Then i myself requested for a refund on the website. on the same evening, got MSG someone will pick it up.. no one turned up..
Following day the same thing..On 12th again the same msg.. All these days i was doing a night shift..The slot given to me was between 11-2 ..til one i didn't get any call, so i called on the Number.. the most dreadful person i ever spoke too .
Conversation in Hindi.. hi this is anthony i had a pick up for one product today, reply mein waha se nikal gaya, Me-- tune muje call kiya tha kya, reply ek kaam kar gali gali marke subway ke waha aa, which is a km far.. me- bhai i mein night karke aaya hoon i cant come till der, reply tera ghar chawl mein hai building nahi, aur muje kya karna hai tu night karke aaya hai toh. Me- dont come over hyper disconnected. Then he calls me again and tells me im coming, and he makes me wait till 30 mins but didnt turn up,
I got very pissed it was a disaster, I just realized i should have stay in a building to purchase something from Amazon.
2) 12 OCt- That day i receive my another pair of shoes with wrong color, My mother said son take it you have no choice, i got so pissed i pissed i posted on face book, My friends said, try amazon customer service... I see ad The most customer oriented team..My god
I tried again after experiencing the bad Once, I finally arranged for a pick up and it was K.
3) Had a hoodie a blue Hoodie which i liked the most and i wanted it anyhow, Had to wait for 10days to get it delivered, I was tracking it all these days coz i wanted it the most.
It reached bhwindi on 07th, which is just a hour and half drive from place, but had to wait till 11th to reach local courier, I got a text confirming it will be delivered by this day and is out for delivery and It didn't arrive the next day..
When you buy something and the wait it kills you, didn't arrive the next day either, So i happened to call up the customer service, too long wait so i decided their thing chat service which is much easier, Ganesh a rep i believe said sir i will arrange it for tom for sure.Assurance given... accepted, It didn't arrive the next day.
The next day Sunday the 16th of Oct after my shift early morning at around 7 I spoke to rep again on chat, he said SIr you will surely get it today again Again Assurance...by 3 i spoke to someone again He was very adamant on me receiving it today, Claiming that he has spoken with the local Courier team, I will surely get it by this evening. The person also had the courage to tell me that i will email you the chat script i[censored] don't trust me..
( This all things im not faking it out, if you say your chats and phone calls are recorded for Quality Monitoring Purposes)
Then finally by 06.30pm i spoke again to a guy, who said sir by 8 u will receive it..
Waited didn't arrive by 8, then i said i better call up and speak to someone as chats not helping,
Amazon customer service again, Happened to learn that my product was been misplaced from the local courier, These guys were stretching on the word we rely on our courier and we have received a lot of orders, till now in the conversation i thought that its some local courier and then i happened to learn from Hari R a rep who the girl transferred me to said that its Amazon's own courier team and the delivery was given to same guy, so now things were different all this my entire Sunday these guys (mohammed ziya, ganesh, susmith and so on made me sit at home like a fool and waste my time even with the extended delivery period.)
Hari on the call promised me that he will send in an replacement request, which i accepted coz i wanted that Sweat shirt like anyhow, these were actually available on Amazon website for 300 rupees less than for what i purchased, He said it will reach you at the earliest, I agreed to it and hung up the call.
I was just surfing the amazon page i purchased a book and one more hoodie, with extra money paid for delivery so that it comes to me quicker, coz it was prime delivery which amazon claims so much.. got delivery date by 19th for those too products.
I got a confirmation email for the same hoodie for which Hari requested and was out for delivery
That day i get a msg from Amazon stating that i refused to collect my order that was really strange that i never refused any order, and then i called up again, The girl said she will arrange it for the next day, nothing came the next day.
It was 19th the day the other two items delivery date, so i called and told the specific time and told him that i want it all delivered in the evening she assured to do the same, What happens next it didn't arrive that day either, and then so on to the next day.
Today i get msg for other delivery that it was not delivered due to insufficient address, I wonder how the other three arrived, the Indian post office mails comes to my address, my packages come to my address, telephone bills bank statements, company letters, everything.
I called up and i spoke to rep and said i want to speak to a sup, he said sir please tell me your problem, i had to go through all this every day, with every one after work..
I myself work in a call center i take calls for 9 hours i dont have any interest in talking with someone on the phone, i very well know the pains of taking calls, and then after shift last few days were like overtime for me... I finally told him every thing MR akshay
He told me sir i will connect you to my senior staff, He connects me too MR mukesh, he claims to be from the highest escalation team, who is from the Amazon leadership team, as he says, i loved the word, he said i will look into this, and then he finally said sir arranging delivery for tomorrow and then, I asked him will it be all three Items.
I get a new story that Mr hari R didn't process any replacement and i got a shock again was that email incorrect Whom should i trust, fake customer services, false promises. I wonder if calls are really recorded i asked him. He said sir i cant do anything, we will give u refund and the thing is no more in stock and its been sent back to the dealer,
What should i make of this when i asked him i want to speak with someone higher, he claimed he is the last contact and ( Sir you got one hoodie ryt the black one forget the other one now)
Did he paid for it, the way he said it.
I mean what should i make of this company, he was blunt enough to tell me to put this on social media or anywhere he cares a damn and nothing can be done about this.

Please help

what should i do for the above mentions false and misleading promises and assurance???

I need my all what i ordered for simple waste of time and money and awful discouragement emotionally
