Amazon India — False commitement | |||||
Hi Amazon, Order#[protected] I ordered Moto -g mobile on 07012017 using Prime service. As Service commits order must get deliver within 24 hours but no order received. I keep on chasing with customer care executives but they were not able to help me. I wanted to highlight few of the key points where Amazon service lacks 1 Firstly amazon is providing false commitment as there is no delivery as per service . 2 customer care don't provide you any complaint no. due to this every time you need to provide your details to get the update.Executive seems blank as there is no internal communication. 3 Amazon service is so careless that they don't even bother to call back customer for late delivery. 4 On website they have changed the delivery date to 11012017, which is really pathatic.
