Amazon India — False commitments on delivery and compensations

I was promised that the product would be delivered by Saturday with my Prime membership, but it still hasn't arrived. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day at 12 PM, yet it remains undelivered, and now the day is nearly over. What’s the point of having a membership and placing an order if it doesn’t arrive on time? Every time I contact customer service, they make false promises, claiming it will be delivered within the next hour, yet the information they provide is consistently inaccurate.

Very worst help i have received from the customer service agents - Roshan, Shreya, Yovita,

when ever one person contacts, they keep promising false compensations, and false statements and they disconnect the chats and calls.

they are directly saying that they cant help us and asked us to tweet what ever i want. is this the real service provided to one customer from a great company like that...
I need to legally proceed on that...
