Amazon India — false delivery | |||
I had ordered space wood cot on 16 th august and paid for the same upfront by credit card. It was due for delivery on 21 st august. On 22 nd august i see a message that the product was delivered, which was false and i contacted amazon to find out the status. They had no clue and said they need a week to investigate and did not talk of the delivery. I was shocked at the callousness of their response. I clearly informed them as they had failed to deliver in reasonable time, i did not want the product at all, but there was no clear response. Even today the 27th august, the product is shown as delivered as i wait for the investigation report. My funds continue to be blocked in the process. I smell a scam here. I have ordered a t shirt large size wherein delivered small size and after returning it instead of delivering correct size large again delivered wrong size...and post returning it my amount is not yet been refunded it's been more than a week.
