I have ordered a xiaomi 11t Pro 5G Mobile on Aug 21 2022, Mobile which I received is faulty. I have raised the Replacement and Amazon scheduled the technician visit on 23rd . But the technician did not visit my place and the call was updated that my phone is ok with no issue.
After calling customer service and after 1 hour of discussion my phone was replaced, but the phone which I have received in replacement is also faulty .
Again I have called customer care and they booked a technician visit for today .
Technician has visited today around 11 AM. He took my phone and installed some apps and after 5 min gave it back to me and said inspection is done and asked me to call customer care.
Now customer care is saying they will refund the amount, but we will not refund the back charges incurred on card EMI.
It looks like it's purely my fault that I have purchased the mobile from Amazon. Everything I need to bear and customer care just said sorry.
Below are the things I have been bearing from the last 10 days.
- Working with faulty mobile phones since the 21st Aug, going through a mental trauma.
- Bearing money loss on refund, I have to bear bank charges on emi.
- I have exchanged my old phone which is 11 month old, but Amazon is not returning it to me.
- As per customer card refund will be given to me after 7 day of return, I don't know how I will manage without a phone in that period .
- already my 39000Rs is blocked by this faulty phone.
- My Job is at stake because of no mobile, which leads to mental trauma, and forces me to take action which leads to life loss.
Request you resolve my issue, and compensate for all this mental trauma.
