Amazon India — Faulty mobile phone, service centers refuses to service | |||
I bought Motorola G4 Plus phone on 22 May 2016 from Amazon India. After 15 days I got one problem related to fingerprint sensor so went to service center(Kavya enterprices, FC road, Pune), they charged me for that 300 Rs. After this on 27th April 2017 I got one software update from Motorola. I have updated software after rebooting mode my mobile phone is dead. Next day I went to the authorized service center in Kavya enterprices, FC road, Pune. Their service was pathetic. No one is ready to check my phone. After a week I again went there waiting almost 6-7 hrs that day, they checked my phone & submitted at their end. Next day they called me & given 3 different reasons when I called & met them back. My mobile is in warranty period but authorized center refuses to service it. Amazon India please help me to overcome to this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
