Amazon India — Faulty phone refund problem | |||||
I have ordered cell phone on 9th Oct 2016 as well as on 20th Oct. Both the time got faulty products. All the evidences has provided to amazon customer service. 1st time I have asked for replacement but amazon support team directly refunded the amount. 2nd time I have asked for refund as I fad up of faulty piece and do not want to use any phone from amazon so they denied and without my confirmation they have initiated replacement. When I contacted support team they have given all the blame to policy and cut the phone without clarification. Today is 26th oct 2016 but they didn't accepted my concern even I have paid the full amount in advance all the time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
