Amazon India — faulty product short circuit to my house electricity | |||
Amazon had delivered the product (Usb charged) first time and when i used this product then my iphone charging point have got spoils and i had to pay 2500 + 170 for my usb cable. When i tried to return the product then they said we will replace the product not refund. Now i got the replacement and not when i tried using it then my entire house electricity got off (Complete short circuit). I called cs team and spoken to gaurav who was not supportive and deny to give me any solution but just return the product, then i request him to connect me to escalation department where i spoke to bhavna who put me on hold for 5 mins and came back with the same solution - to replace the product which was not satisfactory and she said you can go ahead and complain anywhere I paid 500 to repair my electricity and paid 2500 iphone charges totally paid 3000 using amazon product, in return i got the pathetic service from amazon. I want to raise this further to get this money 3000 refunded asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
