Amazon India — Faulty Refrigerator @ Pick up issue

I purchased a IFB Smart Choice 331L Refrigerator Order No[protected] on 23-Sep'25. When it was delivered, people delivered at late night around 8:30 PM and they gave false statements that "do not plug it in until the installation team will come". the next morning when I checked the refrigerator earthing point was broken then I complained & they suggested "no replacement is available. please return faulty Refrigerator & order new Refrigerator". I order new Refrigerator on 28-Sep'25 & also initiate return on 28-Sep'25. As per the customer service initially they gave me the date for pickup of 1 Oct'25 but no one came and then they gave the date of 2nd Oct'25 then 3rd Oct & then postponed to 4 Oct. Today is 9-Oct but still no one came to pick up the Faulty/damaged refrigerator. My money of faulty refrigerator is not refunded till now & as per them, money will transfer once pickup is collected. I called multiple times to customer care, but no one is ready to provide any solution & also raised this issue through mail to Amazon Grievance & Amazon Nodal but not getting any call/ solution till now.
