I had ordered Elica 60 cm 1100 m3/hr Filterless Chimney (EFL-S607 VMS) online via Amazon and have made the payment for the same via Netbanking.

The order reached the hub nearby approximately by 3rd August. I have never been contacted by the delivery agents for this order. Today suddenly the status of the order has been changed to Delivered.
I have not recieved the order nor have been contacted by anyone for this order.
I contacted and raised a complaint with Amazon rightaway and despite many calls and compints i have only recieved apologies and been asked to wait for a week but there was no concrete help provided by Amazon. And the status is still showing 'Delivered' which is false and its legally and morally wrong to cheat and harass a customer like this.
This is to officially note that a service and good that i had paid for wasnt provided to me and along with this fact i have been cheated with a fake delivery (which never took place. Kindly help me find justice for my hard earned money.)
I have all the recording and screenshots of my complaints and conversations with the amazon support agents. Thanks.
