Respected Jeff Bezos Sir And The Amazon.in Customer Care Team,

I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you that I have received the wrong product in my order [Order Number :[protected]], which was placed on [Order Date :- 10th May 2025]. Instead of the [correct product :- Patriot Memory 16GB (2x8GB) Viper III DDR3 1866MHz (PC3 15000) CL10 Desktop Memory with Black Mamba Heatsink PV316G186C0K [https://amzn.in/d/bMxj4sF], I received [incorrect product :- Crucial by Micron - Random Access Memory (RAM) of the Laptop's version :- DDR4 received].

Could you kindly assist me with the following:

1.Your Amazon.in Customer Care Services And The Amazon.in Specialist Department :- had conducted detailed investigation before initiating the pick-up of the wrong item/product and I have attached the screenshots to this email as evidences...!!!

2. The [incorrect product :- Crucial by Micron - Random Access Memory (RAM) of the Laptop's version :- DDR4 received] which I have received] was picked-up by your Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Courier [Pickup Tracking ID :[protected]] on the following date :- Thursday, 22nd May, 2025, 07:00 - 22:00.

3. Earlier, I had contacted your Amazon.in Customer Care Services And The Amazon.in Specialist Department and both the Amazon Customer Care Service Representative And The Amazon.in Specialist Department names :- Korrai Suseela and Harish Sir informed me that the refund will be automatically initiated on the [following date :- 03rd May 2025 or on the 04th May 2025] and they both even informed me that as per RBI policy it takes 5-7 business days to credit into my account and I have already attached the screenshots of the chats in this email as evidences also.

4. Now, your Amazon.in's Concerned Department Team is telling me that they have raised investigation regarding the same and they will be unable to provide me any replacement or refund for the [incorrect product :- Crucial by Micron - Random Access Memory (RAM) of the Laptop's version :- DDR4 received] which I didn't-at-all even understood why...!!!???

5. Jeff Sir, with all due respect, if I don't get proper resolution such as replacement or refund for the [incorrect product :- Crucial by Micron - Random Access Memory (RAM) of the Laptop's version :- DDR4 received] I will be seriously forced to initiate Consumer Court Case against Amazon.in very soon with each and every following evidences that I have and for all the harrasments, misleading guidance & help and mental stress and probably would even permanently stop to further do shopping anymore from the Amazon.in including all-of-my relatives...!!!

I would appreciate it if you could expedite this process and let me know if you require any further details from my side.
