Amazon India — Fit me compact powder 230

On 2nd jan 2025 I ordered a Maybelline new York fit me compact powder 230 shade weights 8 g as shown in the bill including on Amazon page. But I received 6 g product on 4th jan 2025. But when requested for return and refund then offered me a replacement but I cancel the replacement as I want a return & refund. After canceling the replacement it shows in my amazon account as "your replacement is complete" But I didn't get any replacement or any return & refund. When I reached for customer service and communicated with many agents they they told me to provide the required photos of the bill and the product, I provided all the necessary evidence including the bill, the product. Then they assure me to refund within 5 days. After 5 days when I didn't get my refund or couldn't get the updates or any return & refund process I contacted them again & again. As usual I had to describe my issue to them again and again. But after they connect me to the specialist they denied my return & refund and refused to give me any replacement. I told them many times tell me what to do to give the return, I will provide all the details they need but still they are saying my photos of the product and bill cannot be verified so they can't help me with the issue. I just need a solution. I don't want a refund without a return. At least they should take the product and refund my money back.
