Respected Consumer Redressal Department,
I am writing this email to bring it to your notice that my Order of Lifelong LLGS10 Glass Top, 2 Burner Manual, Glass Gas Stove, Black, Ordered on[protected], Order ID[protected], Order Total - Rs. 1, 399.00. Return for the same was placed on[protected], which was picked up by the delivery agent on[protected]. I was further informed about the expected date to wait for[protected] for my refund but till date, there is no more update on the order. At present the order says It has been lost in transit.
The return order was placed on[protected] and was picked up by the amazon delivery guy on[protected] and since then I have been tracking the return status waiting for my refund, I have waited till the said expected date by amazon that was[protected] and since then till now the reasonable time for amazon to relocate the return and do the needful. but today on[protected], more than 30 days of the return order has been passed and there is no update on the return, the status says return has been lost in transit.
Kindly find the attached screenshots regarding the Order Details, Return Details, Return Status, Tracking Return, and Refund Summary.
Kindly do the needful.

    I am writing to express my concern regarding an order that has not been delivered as per the promised delivery date. I placed an order for a Hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star AC on 30/03/24, with an expected delivery date of 31/03/24. However, as of today, the item has not been delivered to me.

    - Expected Delivery Date: 31/03/24

    I have attempted to contact the delivery agent directly, as well as your customer service team, multiple times but have not received any response or update on the status of my delivery. The lack of communication is quite distressing and not what I expect from Amazon's service standards.

    I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide me with an update on the delivery of my order. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the delivery process given the delay that has already occurred.

    Please find attached the order confirmation and any correspondence I have had with the delivery agent for your reference.

    I trust that you will address this issue promptly and look forward to a swift resolution.

        Complaint Against Amazon India for Failed Deliveries and Misleading Information

          I purchased the product from amazon Ordered on 6 November 6, 2022, Order#[protected], the machine is not working, i tried to reach out for technical support through Amazon; they provided one WhatsApp number but no response.
          i have shared details with the Amazon customer through ink Provider but have received no response, and whenever i call, I every time the explanation and details regarding the issue They are telling they are taking action and solve the issue with in 5 working days. and whenever i ask for complaint id they are telling they will send through email.

                        To Whom It May Concern,

                        I am writing to formally complain about the repeated issues I have faced with the delivery service provided by Amazon. Despite promises of doorstep delivery, the assigned delivery personnel have consistently failed to deliver my orders to my residence, instead instructing me to collect my packages from a common location approximately 2km away from my home.

                        Details of the Incident(s):

                        Description of Incident(s): On multiple occasions, I was asked to meet the delivery person at a location far from my delivery address to collect my order. This not only defeats the purpose of online shopping but has also caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
                        The delivery personnel, when contacted, have refused to deliver to my doorstep, citing reasons that are not acceptable. Furthermore, my complaints have not been adequately addressed by their supervisory staff, leading to a lack of resolution and repeated occurrences.

                        This issue has resulted in:

                        Cancellation of orders when I insisted on doorstep delivery, thereby causing me to miss out on ongoing discounts.
                        Inconvenience and unnecessary travel expenses and also they are breaching the policies. I have the proofs with me about them.
                        Expected Resolution:
                        I request an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate actions to ensure that my future orders are delivered to my specified address, as per Amazon's service promise. Additionally, I seek compensation for the discounts lost due to order cancellations directly resulting from this issue.

                        I trust that Amazon values its customers and will take prompt and effective measures to resolve this issue. I am prepared to provide further details if necessary and look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter.

                          I was offered a part time job by Amazon whole going through Instagram status, when clicked link it routed me to WhatsApp, and the person asked few details and said in recruited for this job. Offered a joined bonus of 80Rs in an account with chrome link https://emalspml06.com further asked me to recharge 200/-, it credited 500/-, then asked me if I want to continue job as same, I proceeded and went on recharging so much huge amounts that it crossed 1 Lakh, then they said you earned high commission so you'll have to pay tax threshold of 55000/- to get back all commission earned and the amounts I sent them as job requirements. Now no money that I sent came back nor the commission I earned. Everything is a scam

                            My order was cancelled by amazon and they are not refunding my money back to me.

                            I have placed a order on amazon for iPhone 15
                            the order got placed but after 15 mins amazon cancelled the order from their side and now my money is also with then

                              I ordered Inalsa standing garment steamer but then i returned it and the delivery boy took it on 7 feb 2024 the refund has to be initiated till 15 feb 2024 but till now i didn't got my refund.
                              My total refundable amount = 5395 ruppees

                              Order date = 01.02.2024
                              We talked to amazon customer care but they said they had credited and asked me to ask my bank but my bank denied they said that we can not do anything in this case.
                              The amazon gave me the Refund Reference Number(RRN) for the transaction.

                                I have been unjustly denied my refund for the faulty monitor received from amazon india. The product was verified as faulty by amazon. When we returned the product, the product was picked up by the delivery agent and verified. Later the amazon team denies that they have not received the correct product. They are asking me to return the correct product, which I already did in the first place(as verified by the delivery agent).

                                This kind of lousy and unprofessional behaviour from the amazon team is extremely unfair. They take us to be too weak to fight back their ultimate judgement!! They are not giving me any proof that the product has been misplaced and also they are not refunding the money.

                                  I laced an order which had 5-6 items in it. I have a prime membership and I checked all the items were eligible for free shipping. But still I got charged for delivery fees and agent promised me that I would get refund for it. Amazon India is fraud and violating consumer protect act. I spoke with at least 10 agents so far and they have been keep tossing me around and leave the chat abruptly. They have no accountability and responsibility to help customers. Such a disappointment.
