Refund on the money I sent

25499 Nintendo switch fake product delivered

On 23 Aug 23 have ordered Nintendo switch ver 2 from Amazon india. On 31 aug 23 the product was delivered to me without taking the otp . The delivery boy ran away. After few minutes the otp message came to my mobile and the product was showing delivered on Amazon mobile app. Immediately I opened the product and found piece of clothes, at the same time I complaint about this to customer care. Warranty claim issues on ac

I was ordered an AC from amazon india on 30-march-2023 and it got delivered on april 3rd - 2023 from august 3rd week onwards my ac was not working i was raised the complaint about my ac was not working to amazon and they are not responding its been already 15 days, can you please take necessary action....

Regarding zomato coupon

Missing item in packet

Hi,

I have already made complaint regarding missing phone from parcel. But after taking one week time Amazon failed to provide satisfactory response. And this is really surprising that instead of takings strong action against this mischief Amazon is telling me that they have delivered the product. Refund not received even product has been given back to amazon

Sir I have ordered for a mobile cover on 01.06.2023 and received order on 05.06.2023 by paying Rs. 160/- But as I opened it was not as per order because order was for blue colour and it was of pink colour So I requested to refund back the order and on 06.06.203 I returned it to the courier boy and waited for refund but not got refund of my money paid. The product was left on my doorstep when I was out of town and wasn’t informed on call as well. It was left at my door on 10th of august and i raised complaint on 19th which is less than 10 days but still they are not returning it. The product was not same as shown on the website. It should have been a 4feet by 6feet size wallpaper but they delivered in two parts that is not combined 6 feet as well....

Mental Harassment

I ordered a product in Amazon India on 12August which was supposed to be delivered on 14th August.. it is related to preiod pain and we needed it so urgently on 14th August but the delivery guy did not even call or tried to reach address, next day the delivery guy said he doesn't go to the address and returned it to Amazon.

I bought a Flipkart gift card for 500 rubles with Mastercard on Amazon, only because Flipkart couldn't pay with Mastercard, but Amazon froze my account.
