Amazon India — Fraud by pickup agent, company not giving refund

Hi,

I have been your customer from few years and I have never expect that such fraud will ever happen to me. In #[protected] return pickup fraud has been done to me by pickup agent. I have been chasing you from last month and same can be seen in your customer care notes. I have been calling you again and again that the pickup has been happened but the update isn't showing and refund has been processed. Later when you asked me to contact local courier office they asked me to contact the pickup agent. It was not told to me that time that they have terminated that guy because he was stealing customer orders. That guy told me that the jeans has been sent by mistake with wrong tracking id and asked me to recreate the return pickup and he gave me the item that was meant to be sent with the tracking id in which jeans has been sent and he will get the refund processed. Now his number is switched off and today when I again contacted your local courier office regarding this they told me that they have terminated that guy as he has stolen many items. Same was mine case, now I came to know that he has done fraud in my case too. He has taken my jeans during return pickup and never sent it to you. When I asked the manager of your local office that I will register FIR as your executive has done fraud with me he asked me that I can do it because he has stolen many items.

He gave me his family member number and his address too so I can file FIR against him. But police is saying that at the time the fraud has happened it was your executive and was working under your company. So they asked me to first contact you and if you refuse to help out than they will register FIR against your company, because it is your responsibility.

I am sharing the proof of voice call of today with your local Amazon courier office manager Mr Parv Yada in which he has clearly told about the executive. And I have executive call recording too in which he has admitted that he has taken the jeans.

I would register the FIR too if you are not going to help after this email. Because I have provided the correct item, it is not my problem if your executive steal it. You received wrong item because you executive stole it and sent it and you guys also know this that's why you have already terminated him.

I have audio recording proof too of the ats manager which I have sent to them but they are not ready to consider it as proof
