I had purchased a tv along with a quess care extended warranty from amazon on 10th April 2021. That warranty they have said to deliver to my mail. When i noticed that it's not there in my mail so i have contacted them and asked about the product delivery they said that it's got cancelled so i asked them that i dnt need a refund i need warranty only. They had agreed that and confirmed me that the warranty will continue. So i believed that till yesterday (31st August 22) i saw a horizontal line on the bottom of my tv display from yesterday. So i tried to contact the seller regarding warranty claim but when i contacted them they said that i can't claim for it as the warranty got cancelled. I spoked with Amazon persons too but they are supporting to scam and allowing to fraud on their platform. Today (01/09/22)they are trying to refund my money. They have cheated my money.

    I have ordered Aristo plastic multipurpose container on 23rd July 2022, due product cheap quality I have requested for return immediately, but they didn't picked up the product. I have called the customer support and requested to schedule new pickup date and refund the amount, but no one responded. today I called Amazon for 5th time to request for refund but still they are not able to do it and asking for another attempt. They are keep on raising attempts to pickup but no one is coming to pickup. Please help on it.

    Once I call for status, they are scheduling the pickup and no once is showing up on pickup date, same thing happened for last 4 times.

      I talked on phone and also on chat. The people assured me to refund within 72 hours, but no action is taken. Amazon is loosing its reputation in India. Many other people also have similar complaints.

        Had ordered an item from amazon. Due to size issues raised return. 1st return was unsuccessful saying price tag is missing. Product was delivered without tag. Hence complained to customer care saying price tag had not come item. They said they will mark comments and reschedule return. Second time also delivery partner rejected with sam reason asked to raise concern again. followed the same process again customer executive gave me same response, saying this item they added comments but then again 3rd time return got rejected with same no tag reason.

        Also, tried to write this experience in reviews but amazon is not posting it and encouraging such frauds.

        Seller approached me and provided refund. Thanks to consumer complaints forum. I could get instant response after this post else I was struggling to escalate this case in amazon with so many unsuccessful attempts!

            Hello, i ordered hp pavilion laptop from amazon on 18th of August 2022 and On 23rd they delivered me another laptop which is hp series but not hp pavilion.

            I reported and filed for exchange after 30 minutes from delivery and they told me to call after 3days investigation so call us on 27th i called and they said exchange is not available we will return and refund i said ok.

            On 28th the pickup agent came and he refused to take the laptop and said they didn't mention the reason i have to take hp pavilion laptop not another one tell the customer support.

            I called them and they said we are sorry and they rescheduled the pickup again to 30th the agent didn't call nor did he come and just canceled the pickup.

            I was confused i contacted support and again they said sorry and when i don't have other option we will rescheduled tge pickup.

            Today again the agent never called and i was waiting all day near the door and he never came i have been waiting 3days at home for an agent to show up but they didn't showup.

            I am really angry at this situation they are wasting my time and never resolving this issue.

                My concern is in regards to the order number[protected]. My name is Praveen Raj, a prime and a very old customer of Amazon. The order number[protected] is associated with a mobile phone. Redmi Note 10 PRO. It was ordered on 07th Aug. The phone had hardware issues.. A technician was sent to our house by Amazon who diagnosed the issue as a hardware issue and a return pick up was arranged for a refund. On 19th Aug'22, at 6:15-6:20pm, the amazon courier person reached my home to pick up the package. He opened it, checked all the items, validated if it was the same item and picked it from my house. I was informed that I would get a refund within 10 working days. I called Amazon on 30th Aug to check for a refund and I was informed that I returned an old used item. I was shell shocked. How's that possible? The amazon courier person validated and picked the phone. Why will he pick an old used phone for a refund? I am being told by the account specialist that I must return the original product. Where shall I return the original product from? I am ready for a police or any kind of investigation. It is very unfortunate that the customer is not being trusted. I have purchased so many items and never cheated Amazon. I spent 15K+ hard earned money in EMI and now I am being told that a refund cannot be processed until Amazon receives an item. I humbly request you to look into it and process the refund.

                  Dear sir I order OnePlus led 43inch on 22/08/22 and my delivery date is 26/08/22. But since product didn't delivered by Amazon. I call Amazon customer care multiple times but they always provide false information. They always tell me that your product is delivered next day but since product not delivered.
                  I aslo raise complaint on Amazon delivery partner delhivery courier service but also they didn't help me.

                    I had ordered the product and was supposed to get it on 19 August. Later on, when connect with customer service they asked me to wait till 23 August. I did the same and I didn't receive the product on 23 August as well. So I bought another product from my nearby area. Later on I got this product on 24 August. As I have the substitution with me I don't need the product so I raised the return request 2 times(They were cancelling the request.). Those return request has been canceled by the team.

                        After taking the return of the item after 4 days continuously following up they were saying I have returned a fake product even i have returned the exact item and simply denieing for refund and now my money and product is with Amazon and in return they are making me fraud

                          Even after these emails amazon failed to pick up regularly from the residence and are not providing advance refund... something they agree for advance refund sometimes they say Refund possible after pickup...but they are only creating fresh pickup dates and harressing me

                            I have returned my product on 3 aug, today is 30 aug but yet they not sent my refund. they always told me that wait 3 days we will contact you. but yet nobody contact meatleast 1 time. in the middle of waited days they told me that you will get refund after 2 days. but not received. help me from very bad and fraud company.

                              I have ordered a xiaomi 11t Pro 5G Mobile on Aug 21 2022, Mobile which I received is faulty. I have raised the Replacement and Amazon scheduled the technician visit on 23rd . But the technician did not visit my place and the call was updated that my phone is ok with no issue.

                              After calling customer service and after 1 hour of discussion my phone was replaced, but the phone which I have received in replacement is also faulty .
                              Again I have called customer care and they booked a technician visit for today .

                              Technician has visited today around 11 AM. He took my phone and installed some apps and after 5 min gave it back to me and said inspection is done and asked me to call customer care.

                              Now customer care is saying they will refund the amount, but we will not refund the back charges incurred on card EMI.

                              It looks like it's purely my fault that I have purchased the mobile from Amazon. Everything I need to bear and customer care just said sorry.

                              Below are the things I have been bearing from the last 10 days.

                              - Working with faulty mobile phones since the 21st Aug, going through a mental trauma.
                              - Bearing money loss on refund, I have to bear bank charges on emi.
                              - I have exchanged my old phone which is 11 month old, but Amazon is not returning it to me.
                              - As per customer card refund will be given to me after 7 day of return, I don't know how I will manage without a phone in that period .
                              - already my 39000Rs is blocked by this faulty phone.
                              - My Job is at stake because of no mobile, which leads to mental trauma, and forces me to take action which leads to life loss.

                              Request you resolve my issue, and compensate for all this mental trauma.

                                  On june 11 2021 a refund have been processed for two items that I ordered from Amazon amounting of Rs 552 for first item and Rs 2899 for the second item. The amount didn’t reflect on my account so I talked with amazon customer care and they asked me to talk with SBI customer care. the SBI customer couldn’t be of any help and they told me I have to deal the issue with amazon customer care. I spoke with amazon customer again but they said I need to visit my bank branch if that’s the case. so I went there and spoke to one of the executive and they said they cant help on that matter I need to speak with the amazon and not SBI employees. I spoke with the amazon customer again and they couldn’t help regarding this issue. it was a waste of time, money and energy. it was not only once I visited the branch but thrice. since I was bouncing back and forth with no solution I gave up as it was extremely frustrating.
                                  After that incident I was even more scared to use prepaid so on 9th august 2022 I paid for three items by COD. I paid through a link send my amazon (ezetap.com) amounting to Rs 2576. The first payment didn’t went through even if it was debited from my account so I had to pay twice. A refund order have been processed on that very day and they said it would reflect on my account by 22nd of August 2022 but till today I haven’t received my refund.
                                  Sir I would be so glad if you could kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve as soon as possible.

                                      There was a offer during prime day sale 2022 that if we order more than 500rs we will get a cashback of 150rs flat on 23 & 24 july.The offer is not applied on any products.The amazon team told me to order and after return period is over they will provide me cashback manually in form of gift card.But never recieved it.Several people complained this on public form as a fake offer by amazon and i have raised cashback query but after 1 month there were no resolution.So, Should it be right to say it as a fake offer by Amazon India since it was not applied to anyone and false claims were maid to make people just order and not return it.If we combine all order around 2 days of prime day sale then it a huge number in terms of capital those who have collected offer and never recieved cashback for it.
