Iam using amazon paylater, and i have due in there in july rs 8000, and paid by manually through my debit card. & 1779 rs paid in advaced. because of network issue.. and also i get a mail from idfc bank and amazon like thankyou for payment like that... when i called customer care.. they told me.. advanced amount of rs 1779 will adju t in august pay later dues, but this month did not adjust the amount.. amazon heated 1779 of mine, ,

    Address: Amazon India online shopping platform

    The above mentioned product (Acer EK220Q 54.61cm Full HD VA Panel Backlit LED Monitor) was purchased from Amazon India on August 6th, 2022 and delivered on August 9th, 2022.

    The item was defective and registered for return and replacement. The amazon agents attempted on August 12, 2022; read the serial number on the product wrong and cancelled the replacement due to failed verification.

    I tried contacting them after this incident there was no further update on this matter and scammed.

    The verification no. of the product is attached below: (1) Cover label
    (2) Monitor label (3) screenshot of cancellation of pickup.

    I'm submitting this complaint about Amazon India return and replacement failure to your kind consideration.

      I Had Ordered MuscleTech Nitrotech Whey Protein Powder, Order No:[protected]. Ordered Date:30th July, 2022.
      Item Received Date:05th August, 2022.
      Item Return Intiated Date:06th August, 2022. 1st Item Pickup Date: 08th August, 2022. Without Calling Or Informing Me They Are Cancelled Pickup Request, So Me Called The Amazon CC They Again Intiated Pickup Request (2nd Time) 14th August, 2022 Again They Cancaled Item Pickup Request Without Calling Me. Again Me Called To Amzon India CC. Theis CC Team Not Have Any Knowledge and They Not Have Any Update About Pickup Agents Details. Only CC Person Says We Will Again Initiated Pickup Request. Ans Amazon India CC Person Giving Fake Update and Promises. Worst and Very Poor Support From Amzon CC Team.

        I have recharged of 899Rs for Jio number on 21.07.2022 through Myjio App using AmazonPay as Payment method. The recharge got failed in myjio app but the Amazonpay deducted the balance and not refunding me till date. I also tried to call the customer executive but they told me that it was not their fault. I also contacted Jiocare they said talk to wallet issuer for details. Previously the transaction history of Amazonpay showing other transaction number as failed then suddenly changed the transaction number and marked as success. Please help.

          Dear Sir,
          I have ordered an item and its not delivered to me and returned to seller and i have been promised by your customer care executive that your full refund is issued and you will receive the amount in your bank in 3-5 days and in amazon pay balance within 2-4 hours and 48 hours passed but i still didn't recd the amazon pay balance refund i have tried so many times to reach u but no one is helping me kindly look into this matter.

          I have been issued a refund of total of 12502.98
          Your refund is being credited as follows:

          Visa Credit Card [ending with 3910]: Rs.11, 252.92
          POA: Rs.1, 250.06

          i have been promised that 1250.06 rs is being credited to my amazon pay balance within 24 hours

          as i know that this is bank discount but if i didn't recd it then how can i place new order with the refunded amount so your executive agreed to that and promised me to give 1250.06 rs in my amazon pay balance

            I have placed an order for water purifier on 23rd july . But received different purifier than i ordered . Customer care execute asked three days time for the investigation and on August 1st said that was the fault from seller and assured a replacement in 3 days . Waited till August 8th ( 8 days ) and use to get out for delivery messages daily but never recived replacement product .Then the customer executive said go for a refund we will arrange pickup for the product and cancel the replacement one .Then from last 6 days I used get pickup scheduled message daily no pick up has done till August 14th .Now again pickup scheduled for August 15 th . Seems like they are playing with the customers . Sent 4 to 5 hours till now calling customer care itself . Worst experience with amazon .

              Hi

              I have placed an order on Cred which has been shipped through Amazon Transport Service.

              The order marked as delivered but it was not delivered to me nor any person at my home.

              When I contacted ATS they simply reply that it was delivered and check with neighbour. I have asked all neighbour but it was never delivered by ATS.

              When I asked for delivery of proof, ATS denied to provide any proof of delivery.

              This is a very fraud by ATS to mark the order delivered without delivering it to customer.

              Please have a look on my issue.

                  My order of Airtel 4g hotspot battry, ( Order no.[protected], Delivery person not came at delivery address to deliver the package and returned my package stating OTP not avelable ( As per procedure delivery person should come at delivery location in person and deliver the package after confirming OTP ) How come delivery person returned my package without coming at delivery location stating OTP not avelable ...Pl do look in to the matter and strict action needed to be taken against such type of delivery person to maintain the amezon reputation and customer satisfaction.

                    I have purchased electronic product costing Rs 6000. The product name is Portronis DASH 40W Bluetooth karoake speaker.
                    I recd the product on 6-8-2022 and on 8-8-2022, I have booked the complaint to return and refund as it is not working.
                    Since then I have launched three complaints but neither my product is pickup nor I have received refund.
                    Everytime, the complaint is cancelled without visiting my home or calling me.
                    This harrassment has created negativity and affected my office work.

                        Bought a headset for my iPhone sold by Appario Retail Private Ltd. Didn't open it when I received it as I was busy. Opened after a week and was shocked to see that not even able to pair it to my iPhone and no options to return it.
                        I need it to be returned or replaced. else will abandon amazon for ever.

                              Please refer to the above order which was scheduled to be delivered on 11.08.2022 by 9 PM

                              As we are pre-occupaied on the evening I called up Amazon customer Service and briefed Madam Jhyoti that after 6PM we will not be able to take the delivery and reschedule the same on 12.08.2022.
                              She assured that the delivery will be made within 6.00 pm on 11.08.2022 and will call me before 5.00 PM for deliver confirmation.
                              However, no one called from AMAZON
                              At about 7:47 PM I received a notification that the parcel will be delivered today (11.08.2022) by 9 PM and provided me a contatct no Amazon delivery.
                              I called 13 times but everytime the delivery man discnnected the line. (why Amazon share a telephone no, if the customer cannot use it)
                              After 20 minutes a call came from Amazon Delivery (the call initiated not from our campus but from some plase else as i checked our premise in-out data from MYGATE wihich issues a notification to me for my visitor)
                              He tried to convince us that we should take the delivery today or cancel the order which we vehemently oppose. He then abuse my wife and me and after a long conversation cancelled the order by himself. We just requested him to deliver the parcel next day.
                              I lost the chance to get the item at a discounted price.
                              The delivery person posted REFUSED parcel in his comment to Amazon when he was not present at my door not even in my campus.
                              Requesting Amazon to see this desperate and misleading delevery person harassing the customes.

                                  8 days ago, I received this order #[protected] with product Zotac Magnus ONE ECM53060C Mini PC which I found out both CPU & GPU missing and inside product box was unsealed. I was shocked as the product amount is high around 60k. Then I immediately contacted customer support, they replied that they will investigate and the investigation team will contact me. After 2 days they said that they have investigated and my product will be picked up next day and refund will be done in 2 days. But, it's been more than 5 days since the product has been picked up and there is no status updates. Everyday, customer support said that it should reaches to them today and all. I have whole product unboxing video & all communication recorded as proof. I found that this scam is going on in Amazon. I have gone through product reviews and other buyers also have complaints about the same. Now I have to pay the EMI for the product as they are not refunding for it. I am attaching the pics which can clearly show those missing parts. I will upload the unboxing video soon in youtube channels. Never going to buy bigger products anymore from Amazon and suggest others also not to.

                                        Have purchased IQOO neo6 on 10 aug 2022 having order id[protected] with offer of old phone exchange and for your kind information seller name is darshita etel . I was browsing amazon for another order but found that my current order has been cancelled by mentioning the reason that exchange device verification is failed, the comic part is no delivery agent even called me or messaged me so how they did verified my exchange device.. They lied and cancelled my order . Such scams are happening in Amazon india and they are torturing people.
