Had ordered an item from amazon. Due to size issues raised return. 1st return was unsuccessful saying price tag is missing. Product was delivered without tag. Hence complained to customer care saying price tag had not come item. They said they will mark comments and reschedule return. Second time also delivery partner rejected with sam reason asked to raise concern again. followed the same process again customer executive gave me same response, saying this item they added comments but then again 3rd time return got rejected with same no tag reason.
Also, tried to write this experience in reviews but amazon is not posting it and encouraging such frauds. Was this information helpful? |
