Amazon India — Fraud done by amazon stating that we will refund the price difference when you will put the fresh order and they refused later

N by them. now, when I placed a new order on 20 oct. 2015 same product at INR 57990. A price difference of INR 3291 denied by them.I have ordered a Apple MacBook Air MJVE2HN/A 13-inch Laptop (Core i5/4GB/128GB/OS X Yosemite/Intel HD 6000) on amazon.in dated 15 October 2015 forINR 54699. The payment was successfully debited from my account. I have reconfirmed my order on phone. One of the representative from amazon told me that your order has successfully placed. They mailed me the same. Than on 16 October 2015 they mailed me that your order has been canceled. when i asked them they why you did so they were making excuses like your order could not been placed due to not approval of the fund. Later I tried to contact them they said that we are refunding your amount and it will be credited in your account with in 2 to 4 days and also assured me to put a fresh order.
