Amazon India — fraud in giving cashback | |||||
I requested delivery guy and added rs 5002 in wallet where amazon have to add rs 500 more for adding money but from 13 feb 2019 executives are saying money will come but the cashback team not adding money. These guys are making fraud by giving offers. I have the recordings also that i am eligible for cashback but they are making fool of customers every time by telling to wait for 7 days. amazon india is fraud they are making fool of customers because the customer care executives are telling something else but the cashback is making fool and no call or no mail received till now. Amazon dont value the customer and promise, this company is in attitude now because of fool customers.
