We have perused the complaint received from Ms. Rini (“Complainant”) and find that she had ordered for PTron Tangent Evo Bluetooth Wireless Earphones 5.0 in-Ear Headphones with Microphone Stereo Sport Headsets for All Andriod & iOS Smartphones (Black/Gr ("Product") from an independent third party seller Appario Retail Private Ltd ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 899.00, as requested and required by the Complainant was processed into her bank account on 23rd October, 2019 vide refund reference number[protected].
In case, the Complainant has not received the refund in the original mode of payment selected while placing the order, she is requested to kindly contact the customer care department of the concerned bank.
The refund has been made from the nodal account managed by the designated bank as per the RBI circular dated 24.11.2009 on operation of nodal account: https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Mode=0&Id=5379.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
