For the above order, i wish to make an official complaint.
I ordered phone samsung m30 on 15th oct & the delivery was expected on
17th oct. He came with order a day in advance on 16th oct, i told him,
Being a working day i am not available & he can deliver the same on
Saturday 19th oct.
Now on 19th oct, to my surprise i get a message that this order is
Delivered at 5.20 am, however i haven't received it yet. This is extremely
Frustrating!
Please note that i bought the phone in exchange of my old phone, as i
Told him to come on 19th oct morning at 10 am, i had uninstalled all the
Applications & formatted my phone too. Now for past 2 days i am feeling
Completely handicapped.
I called your customer service team thrice in last 2 days & i have not
Been provided with any solution.
How can the order be marked as delivered when actually it is never
Delivered??
Not an experience expected from a professional organisation like amazon!
More importantly, not an experience amazon wants to have for their prime
Customers!
Please update me on order delivery if possible, else i am feeling
Helpless anyways!
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Which was refund by amazon in my account.
