On 15 October 10:30 pm to 1:30 am there were several fraud transactions occurred through Amazon pay later account on Amazon. Further describing the scenario, someone has hacked my amazon account and tried to 7 different fraud transactions on 3rd party app where the payment is allowed through Amazon Pay Later. For this I have also complained in the Amazon Fraudulent helpline and also filed FIR to cyber cell team on 1930.
So my humble request is to aslo stop or block the ECS / NACH which is going to run on 5th of every month. As amazon team says I also need to inform regarding the scenario and tell them to stop or block the ECS / NACH. Because I don't have the amount which is going to be deducted from my auto pay linked saving account. If the ECS / NACH got failed then the extra penalty and charges will also occur and CBIL also get affected.
So please do the needful and suggest if anything can be done for the same. Also I have attached he FIR copy and the images of transaction that were happened on Amazon.
