Amazon IND forces foreigners in the country to pay online and disconnect Cash on delivery for them to extort and steal their money.
Items do not deliver to the customers but Amazon keeps marking the items as delivered.
I have an order #[protected] for 1, 199.00 INR which has been marked as delivered when it has never been delivered.

I have contacted the chat and I call them on the phone multiple times. They disconnected their phone service and their chat when I complained at least 6 times.
This is theft.

I have communicated with many representatives of Amazon multiple times through emails, chat and phone. Some of their employees were pathetic, unprofessional and rude. I finally received a refund from one of their female employees phone costumer Service. This was such a stressful experience. After this horrible experience, I learned to never use a bank card for online payments on Amazon. There is a high chance you will never receive your items neither your refund.

    I have ordered Apple iPhone 13 (128GB) - Starlight and
    Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter on 10 October, 2023 and made complete payment at the time of ordering. Till today 15 October, 06.26 pm, none of the orders have been dispatched. I have contacted the customer care twice since ordering but still no progress whatsoever. Kindly resolve the issue and take necessary actions for the products to be delivered asap. please find below order details.

        I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with my recent experience involving order # [[protected]], placed on October 9th. As a Prime member, I expected a seamless and guaranteed delivery experience, but the series of events that have unfolded have been utterly disheartening.

        On the day of delivery, the situation deteriorated when the delivery agent called at 10 PM and asked my mother to collect the package 500 meters from our delivery address. This goes against the "Guaranteed Delivery" commitment and raises concerns for customer safety.

        I immediately contacted the customer support team on the 13th of October, where an advisor assured me that the package would be delivered by the end of that day. A member of the courier team also assured the same and promised corrective action against the delivery agent. However, despite my vigilance during my day off, the package was not delivered as promised.

        Subsequent calls to customer support were unproductive. One advisor seemed unaware of the previous complaints. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was transferred to the escalation team, where a senior advisor named Priya Darshini was uncooperative and hung up on me.

        My persistent efforts to connect with a manager finally led to a conversation with Sara, who, in response to the inconvenience I experienced, offered a compensation of ₹150. However, the promised delivery on the 14th did not materialize. Despite my patience, I was subjected to further frustration when the delivery agent, on the 15th of October, refused to deliver to my doorstep and took the package back, suggesting that I file a complaint.

        Repeated calls to your customer support team were equally unsatisfactory. The advisors lacked awareness of my ongoing complaints and, despite my pleas, could not connect me with a manager. The recurring assurance of delivery by the 19th of October, along with the disregard for Amazon's guarantees, has left me deeply dissatisfied.

        I have dedicated several days to resolving this issue, endured multiple hours of calls, and have had to repeatedly explain the situation, all to no avail. Furthermore, while navigating this ordeal, I received notice of my ICICI bank charging the first EMI for a product I had not yet received.

        I kindly request that you not only address this issue urgently but also consider appropriate compensation for the excessive inconvenience, mental stress, and false promises I have endured throughout this experience. A tangible gesture of goodwill would go a long way in restoring my faith in Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.

        I look forward to a prompt and effective resolution to this matter, along with your consideration of compensation for the undue hardship I have faced. I trust that Amazon will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and uphold its commitment to Prime members.

          Sub: cheap tricks are being played by Amazon by sending other products instead of ordered product.
          Ref: Order#[protected], Ordered on 8 October 2023
          Payment processed : EMI Rs. 1284.30 for 6 months
          I am very sorry to bring to your attention that on September 22nd, I ordered a Blow Hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove and after a week, I received a call from Amazon delivery boy insisting on taking delivery from security later because he could not deliver the product at my door step. When I refused to take delivery from security, he finally visited my residence where I saw the product package was tampered with and it appeared to be opened the carton and I asked what happened and why it is in this position and he rudely said nothing has happened and compelled me to take delivery and said I cannot according to Amazon policy customers are advised not to take delivery. Surprisingly, I did not receive a replacement product but rather a refund. Later, when the Dussehra offer began again, I purchased the same product and this time I received a discount along with a no-cost EMI offer and I was eagerly awaiting the product, and on 12th 2.30 PM Amazon delivery boy visited my residence where elders were not present and only my 9-year-old child was present, and the Amazon delivery boy delivered the product to my kid and called me for OTP, where I requested him to come after half an hour so that elders would be present in the house to collect the delivery and I believe delivering the product to the kids is against Amazon policy and even kids do not know about the product or anything he left the house with the product and later after half an hour I tried to reach him many times but he did not respond to me and in the evening I brought the same thing to Amazon customer care and I was told they have lodged a complaint.
          Yesterday, on the 14th of October, at around 8 p.m., an Amazon delivery boy came to my house and asked to take delivery of a parcel of tags that I had not ordered other than the gas stove, and I told him that it was not ordered by me and that it was dispatched to me by mistake, and he took back the product, and surprisingly, today afternoon, another delivery boy came with the same parcel and asked me to take the product, He stated that it is prepaid, so why can't you take the parcel? I stated that I did not intend to accept delivery of others and gave back after 10 minutes when I received a call asking if I had rejected the product, to which I replied yes.
          Dear Sir/Madame, When I contacted Amazon customer service, I received a recorded message stating that I had rejected the Blow hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove delivery, which I did not reject, and I am shocked to learn why these cheap tricks are being played by sending other products that I did not order and then treating that rejection as if I had rejected the Blow hot sapphire 4 burners gas stove, which is unfair and do not meet the standards of the reputed firm like Amazon. Please look into this the game played by the people.
          Please look into the criminal ideology used to cheat the customers. I request that management consider how much time and effort customers put into ordering products and how they are disappointed. Looking at all of these criminal ideologies makes me think twice about ordering from Amazon and sharing the same with friends and family.
          As I ordered this with a credit card and the EMI was processed, I'm uncertain about how to proceed.

            Orders One Office chair from Amazon on[protected] received it on[protected] if got broken shattered into 4 pieces on[protected]. And the Amazon has advertised product using 1+ Year Warranty or Minimum 1 Year Warranty and now they are denying to assist any help or the Manufacturer DaUrban is Denying to help me in this regard while they are very rude and misbehaved while taking the warranty. Please help me get my chair repaired, replaced or refunded. They have denied to help.

              I have ordered a Helmet with Order Id:[protected] &[protected] on 9th-Oct-2023 and 10th Oct respectively which was delivered on 10th & 11th.
              Since the product size was different I have requested for return and the return was picked up on 11th Oct & 12th Oct respectively.
              After that there is no update in the app and no one from customer service is ging any satisfactory response. They are simply saying that the product has not reached to the seller yet.

              I just want to say that I have paid to Amazon and there is no communication happend betwwn me and seller then why I sholud wait till the product reach seller??

              Amazon is not updating the return transit details also which can help to understand where is the material now.

              Now my 4395+4395 = 8790/- has got stuck wiith Amazon and they are simply saying that it will take 15-20 days to retuen.

              Since I have paid to Amazon i need my money to be refunded by today and its Amazon's responsibility to settle the amount with their seller.

                  Day 0: Placed an order for a 32 inch TV in Mumbai from Amazon India.

                  Day 1: As a Prime members, the TV was delivered the next day. I assemble the TV, but it stops working after 3-4 hours of operation (audio gone and video shows black spots on screen)

                  Day 2: Called Amazon India and requested return of the product for refund (as is the 10 day return and refund policy). Amazon India confirms the arrangement of the return for Day 3 from 9am-9pm.

                  Day 3: No one arrives. I call up Amazon India, they say "keep waiting sir, delivery person will come between 9am-9pm." I am now sitting inside my house from 9am-9pm to make sure I dont miss the pickup, but sadly no one comes.

                  Day 4: I try to dial the contact number of the seller as provided by Amazon India. Both the toll free numbers are fake.
                  I now try to call up the brand (VW - a Made in India brand), but they deny to do any return pickup, irrespective of their 1 year warranty. I am still sitting inside my house from 9am-9pm to make sure I dont miss the pickup, but sadly no one comes.

                  Day 5: The only option I have now is Amazon India to pickup and refund. I again call and ask Amazon India why the pickup for return has not been arranged. Amazon says, "we will get it picked up from 9am-9pm". Someone finally shows up at my door around 5pm, but denies pickup and asks me to get it rearranged from Amazon India. I call up Amazon and request pickup. They say, "okay, wait from 9am-9pm at your house, pickup will be arranged tomorrow". I am still sitting inside my house from 9am-9pm to make sure I dont miss the pickup, but sadly no one comes.

                  Day 6: I call up Amazon again around 5pm, to ask when the pickup person will come. Amazon standard response "wait from 9am-9pm, we dont have any further information". I escalate within Amazon India, the senior floor supervisor from the floor escalation team, Anshuman says the same "wait from 9am-9pm, we dont have any further information". I am still sitting inside my house from 9am-9pm to make sure I dont miss the pickup, but sadly no one comes.

                  Day 7: I again call up Amazon India and escalate the issue, same answer "wait from 9am-9pm inside your house, we dont have any further information".

                  It has been almost a week of Amazon India imprisoning me inside my own house, with a threat that the delivery person can come anytime from 9am-9pm, and if you miss the pickup person, we will neither accept your return, no refund you the amount.

                  This is the harassment a loyal Prime consumer gets for receiving a faulty product.

                  I demand strict legal action be taken against Amazon India, the seller and the brand, for being in material breach of their policies and warranty.

                  1. Amazon India for being in material breach of their 10 day return and refund policy.
                  2. Amazon India for harassing and imprisoning consumers in their house from 9am-9pm, without supporting to resolve the issue.
                  3. Seller for providing fake contact numbers and information, and no ghosting consumer after selling the product.
                  4. Brand (VW India) for being in material breach of their 1 year product warranty by denying to rectify or resolve the faulty product.

                  I am happy to provide further information on the above issue. But strict legal action needs to be taken against the above parties.

                    I ordered a Product (Car Trunk Mat) from Amazon on Oct 7, and the product was supposed to be delivered yesterday (12th Oct 2023).

                    But without informing me the product status showing now in the app is "Returning to Seller".

                    regarding the same, I have called Amazon Customer Care and complained about the same on the delivery hub. they told me that they will escalate the same to the delivery hub and get back.

                    in the meantime, I have contacted the hub in charge, and he told me that the Delivery agent did it by mistake and will check with the delivery agent.

                    today again one more product was supposed to be delivered to me, so I called the Number which is provided on the app for the delivery agent. In the same call, I enquired about the returning product. For that, the delivery agent told me that, a hub in charge refused to provide the vehicle to deliver the product since it cannot carry in a 2-wheeler.

                    after this conversation, I called the hub in charge again, and this time he told me he could not deliver the products that could not be carried by bike to the Village Areas. We have to go and collect the product from their feasible location.

                    He made a conclusion that, if you want you can raise a complaint to customer care also, will talk to them.

                    My question, if the Door delivery for the large products is not happening to the village areas, why the Amazon app is showing can be delivered?

                      Delivered product with defect products in 24.hours. and it will after 8 day 10 days when they want and if you connect customer nobody raising even complaint. And rudely behaviour from customer care. So don't buy products from Amazon

                          This is utter negligance handled by amazon delivery team, they not delivering and marking them as delivered and causing grievance to the consumers.

                            I have been a AMAZON customer now for 5 years.
                            Recently ordered a Crompton make ceiling fan (Order No.[protected]under exchange offer, which said - we need to keep the old fan unmounted during the time of delivery of the New Fan. And if the old item is not ready the delivery will not be done, but we can take the delivery of the ordered item by paying the exchange discount amount to the delivery agent.
                            But when the delivery agent came with the ordered item, our fan was not dismounted. So we offered to pay the exchange discount amount as per the exchange offer clause. The delivery agent did not accept the amount and took back the new order item.
                            BUT WITHIN MINUTES WE SAW THE TRACKING STATUS AS DELIVERED.
                            So immediately within 30 minutes we spoke to Amazon Customer Service executive who assured us that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
                            And today I get a mail from Amazon informing that the item has been delivered as ordered and they cannot do anything, if not satisfied we can file a Police complaint.
                            My simple request to them is to please check the value of all the items ordered till date by mee to AMAZON and compare value of the present order.

                              Hi,

                              This is regarding my one order ‫[protected]
                              (Home Centre Serenity Grey and Brown Colourblock Fabric 2-Seater Sofa
                              - 186cm) which I have placed on 19 september and It was suppose to
                              deliver on 29 September but did not and after that I raise complain
                              regarding that and still no resolution and when I try to cancel its
                              also not happening and issue was raised and every customer care person
                              saying diff-diff things with no solution and I am following up just
                              everyday. So please take this into consideration and try to resolve my
                              issue as soon as possible. I just want my amount to be refunded so
                              please take care of this as I am fed-up now with so bad customer
                              service.

                                I took Moible in exchange offer on 8th October and I also took subscription plan for wool delivery when it was time for delivery, their delivery boy was asking me 750 rs more. But I had already given my exchange mobile to amazon in day ago and they were charging me 750 rs more.

                                Now they have canceled my order I wanted Argent deliver order as soon as possible

                                I paid the full amount in advance now the order is canceled and now they are refusing to pay the order if it will take a long time to get my money I request you to deliver in regent or pay me interest on my money as per day

                                  I had ordered Leotude T-shirt from Amazon, due to size issue I raised return request for this item, it was showing pickup will be done on 8th October 2023.In fact this is my fourth attempt today. Nobody came to receive the product till date. Kindly request for my item to be picked up as soon as possible.

                                    The delivery agent came and rejected my exchange offer and when I mentioned to him that delivery the new mobile to me and I will pay the remaining difference amount he cancelled my order stating that the customer has rejected the item. I lost a gred deal on Amazon great Indian sale and my promotion that was applied and cannot get the same deal or Amazon is not even considering to offer me a better deal. Very dissatisfied an upset and what is the use of being a loyal prime customer.

                                      I ordered a RO form DA AQUA ENTERPRISES on AMAZON the product is not good as i expect and also damaged so i return it on similar date of delivery
                                      23 September but form 23 September i complain around 5 to 6 time cause amazon pickup service start teasing by canceling my return one time they call me and say they will not pick up and i create another pick up on 4 September the pick up date is 7 September i received a phone from Amazon to confirm it my return order is not ready but no body called me for pick no visit for return
                                      now its too much
