Amazon India — fraud transactions on amazon, amazon pay is not secure

Fraud transactions and orders placed on amazon.

Amount deducted from amazonpay without any authorisation from me.
Amazonpay is not secure at all.

It happened on jan 7 for rs 1500,
Croma gift certificate issued to [protected]@gmail.com

Second on 9 jan for rs 250, book my show gift voucher to [protected]@gmail.com.

Customer care is clueless and says refund or cancellation of order is not possible as these vouchers are sent online to ids. But these are fake email id's that do not exist.

I had to call up customer care thrice as the call got disconnected. There is no option in the app to add feedback or report fraud transactions on the order. I still have no clue if the complaint was taken and when i will receive the refund.

Amazonpay is not secure as they claim on the site and one should never keep any balance in amazonpay nor keep any credit card linked to amazon.

Same thing happened to me on Jan 9th and a gift card worth 100 rupess sent to [protected]@gmail.com.

Something fishy either from Amazon..Did you get any resolution? Customer care is clueless in my case.
I paid for an order through amazon pay link. The sum was deducted from the bank account but the payment got failed. I had to pay the extra amount in cash for that order instead.

I had ordered lg v30 plus on cashback offer (27 nov 2018) and once after order is received and asked there customer service for my cashback they that told me it will be credited on 5th jan 2019 . now they are telling me your are not eligible for cashback
I still have not received any solution and yes they are clueless. After again explaining it to them today, I got an answer that their special team is still investigating and I should receive an update in probably two working days.
I asked for a complain ID so that don't have to repeat the issue everytime to everyone.
They won't send it on own, so do ask the customer care representative to provide via email the complain ID for future follow ups.

There seems to be something wrong with AmazonPay as all the fraud transactions have happened between Jan 7-9 to these fraud IDs.

[protected]@gmail.com. (Jan 7)
[protected]@gmail.com (Jan 9)

There is probably a data security breach externally or internally. AmazonPay is not secure as they claim so please inform everyone you all know to be aware.
