Hello sir, i have ordered[protected]) laptop online (https://www.amazon.in) on 9th dec with same day delivery option, this means i will get guaranty product on same day. But they didn't delivered the product on 9th, i tried to contact courier team multiple time but no response. Later i spoke with call center (6 pm) they promised me to deliver product on 9th before 9.30 pm. But they never came and delivered the product. Next day when i spoke with customer care, again they promised i will get product on 10th dec before 9.00 pm, but failed again with no response. Later i tried to escalate with their management and spoke with their mangers and leaders, even they promised me to get product on 11th dec. But didn't got.
Later did follow-up, they said product is returning to warehouse, as they was unable to contact me, and later they will replace the order and i will get it by 14th dec.
On 14th i didn't received any product and call.
Again tried to call care center on 15th, now they are saying product had issue so we cancelled it and refund has been initiated. I told i don't want refund please reorder it, and then they are saying they won't able to order its need to done by myself again. But when i am checking online the product price got increased with 5000, to order i need to pay more money and care can't help me in this.
I am really tired talking to them and need your help in this so they should not cheat any other peoples. They are keep on saying lie and making wrong promises.
Even i said will raise consumer complaint for this, they are not worried of this and saying yes please go and do it.

I have not received/not delivered to me me any of the orders for which pay-ment is made already...Kindly settle it or refund the money ...or else see you in court... from [protected]@gmail.com/[protected]
