I ordered 4 books from amazon.in which was due to arrive on 5 january 2019. At first they only dispatched 3 books out of 4 and i had to cancel the remaining book that was bound to be delayed by them.
Then on delivery day when i tracked my consignment status, it showed returning to seller. After waiting fir such a long time, all i got was this stupid reason : "our delivery master do not deliver in your region".
Come onnnn...
I ordered it on 29/12/2018.

    Dear sir /ma'am
    I have purchased a table lamp on 25 oct 2018 from amazon india the transaction was completed through bhim app. I have returned due to some reasons but i didn't get any refund of 499. Amazon said they have refunded but i didn't get any refund from them. I have also talked to sbi manager but my problem has not solved. Refund reference no. Which is given by amazon is[protected]

      I had ordered and item to someone. According to your tracking number i called the person and told her that the item has been delivered to which she said the it has not been delivered. How can this happen. Next time amazon can say any thing even if the item not delivered amazon can say it is delivered. As a customer how can i have any trust in amazon orders. How can amazon explain this error? Can your guys not do some thing about this? According to me this is a big blunder on amazon's part. Amazon had to hold responsible for this courier services.

      Amazon India Tacking system says item had been delivered and signed by the receiver. But in reality the item had not received. When I called them they said that it will be delivered after two days. How can you trust Amazon on their deliveries?????????????

        I bought dress from Amazon.Due to fitting reasons I requested return to Amazon.but after pick up of product at 23/10/18.till date 4/1/19.i have not received refund amount from them.so i called customer services regarding it.butafter 5 times giving complaints to customer care i didn't receive any type of response from them.

          I had ordered a guitar on 23rd of dec18 and was to get it delivered on 31st dec. On 31dec i got a message that the item is out for delivery but didnt get it even after 6pm. Upon calling the agent's no he said he was on leave and asked me to call his office. On calling the no he provided i was promised that it would be delivered the nxt day and again i didnt get the nxt day too. Today (4th jan 2019) they called me and said since the item is big they need to hire a taxi and i should pay for the taxi fare. Although i was shocked i agreed to pay for the taxi and they agreed to bring me the item today. I havnt got it yet. Amazon plz dont sell products if you cannot deliver. Such a shame..

          I haven't got the item yet inspite of the complaint. I got a call on 5/01/2019 that it will be delivered on 7/01/2019 but still no show. I am really surprised by amazon's customer service.

            This is in regards to the product purchased from Amazon on 10th Oct 2018
            Product Name: Redmi Y2 Phone (Blue 3GB/32 GB)
            IMEI on Invoice: [protected]
            IMEI on Actual Product Received: [protected]
            Insurance Purchased: Acko All-Round Mobile Protection Plan

            The complaint is regarding the issuance of the wrong invoice due to which the insurance plan linked got registered on a wrong IMEI no. which doesn't belong to us. This can further cause us to have problems in the future in terms of availing warranty for the product purchased.

            I have been following up with Amazon for a long time but I haven't received a resolution as yet. Instead, I have always received a reply stating that Amazon team is working on my case on a priority basis and resolution will be provided in the next 7 business days, which never happened.

            I also emailed the same concern to Amazon Nodal Officer but still no response.

            Hence I request Amazon to issue a new invoice with correct IMEI no. along with a letter which helps me to avail warranty for the same or Refund of the insurance amount as it doesn't hold any value for me.

              My order[protected], the product biba women's kurta is kept for return for long time... The return had been done after 5 complaints about delivery agent misbehavior... No action was taken by them.. So i had to file fir against the delivery agent as it was harassment... Even after that they didn't do anything nor apologist for it.. The return was created against by me and they picked - up. And they didn't issue refund to me in my bank account as i opted for it... I take all my refund in my bank account only as i don't trust there amazon bal. They have many cases of frauds... They don't believe in any customer service or loyalty and did fraud with me too... My money is stuck in there amazon bal... I want refund in my bank account... Pls help me

                I regret for writing to you because of the order no:.[protected]
                This order came in without the product. When we raised a complaint you guys asked us 3 days time. We patiently waited for positive resolution until yesterday but you guys declined our complaint. I did not expected this!!!.

                We are not kidding here to simply waste our precious time and your time as well. My brother opened the order in front of the delivery boy and her other 2 friends. The upper cover of the box was covered and inside there was a amazon box (Unsealed) and under that there was a fort collins box (Unsealed) with warranty and a plastic cover in it but it didn't had the shoes in side it. I would like to know more on how secured delivery you provide when shipped from your vendor? I would like to hear from you.

                We trusted you guys and paid the amount pre order delivery and you guys are closing the complaint without any resolution to our order shouting at us saying you go and complaint to consumer court (This was a call today morning with my mom). This is not the way how you speak to a women and your customer who blindly paid the money before the order delivery. You guys are losing trust from your trustworthy customers. Please be gentle when you speak to your customer!

                'that product was actually my brother's b'day gift on 1st january, luckily my brother opened the box on the delivery time to check the product. Imagine if i would have opened the box on my bday, how ridiculous it would be..: (

                You people are hurting us personally and professionally. We are not lying, me and my brother struggle a lot to to get our family going. This was one of the surprise gift ever in my life.

                One more thing, the courier boy is calling my brother midnight 10 pm asking us what we told to myntra.in fact he helped us with the amazon support number. Please reopen the complaint and come with a positive resolution.

                I am losing hope of e-commerce because of this situation. Hope you understand our problem and provide us a positive resolution.

                  I purchased a ortho + rest black slippers for men costing rs 229/- on 11 december, 2018 and another one ortho + rest men's brown flip-flop slipper for men costing rs 299/- on 17 dec 18 from amazon.in using my account. Money was paid through my indian bank debit card. Later the products were returned as the size do not match with was shown. (Return date 12 dec and 18 dec 18). Amazon picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 11 december 18 and 18 dec 18 but the problem is nothing is credited in my account, i already talked to bank customer support few times with the refund order nos : 75503728346025265597898 refund amount rs 179 and refund order no 999660 refund amount rs.286.50. My bankers advised that there are no pending refunds for my account to be credited.
                  I called amazon india several times but every time they told me it takes 24hrs and every time new person pick up my call and provide different solutions. However they are repeating the same answer that they already issued refund on 11th and 18th december 18 and repeating same answer again and again,. I am now really fed up and frustrated and wonder whether i will get the refund? Please advise.

                    I orderd a woodland men's khaki leather sneakers - 9 uk/india (43 eu) | b00enuhnia (Khaki_4035-43), with an amount of rs.2695/-, but i got duplicate item and that was damaged and we cant return item. Item is under guarantee period (One month).
                    Already we asked amazon complaint team about it but not received any proper information from them, aftre when we call them, their number, we cant get, i think they blocked us

                        I bought a product
                        ' Gkidz Infants Full Sleeve Hooded Embroidered Red SweatShirt(WWG-004-RED-0-6M_Red_0-6 Months) ' with order no Order #[protected]. As soon as I opened the product, I found it was not fitting to my kid, so, I requested for a refund as the product was defective . They told that they will pick up the product and once it reaches their warehouse, they will issue the refund . They used to reschedule the pick up and then cancel it again and again continuously for 8-9 days . Out of frustration, I cancelled the return of product . Again I raised a return request within the valid time of returning the product . This time again, they scheduled and cancelled the pickup of product . I called the customer care 8 times, yes, 8 times, everytime, they told the pick up will happen but it never happened . 8th time when I called the customer care, they shamelessly told me that they will not be able to pick up the product and I will have to do a self return . I agreed for that and I sent the product by courier to the address mentioned by them, but, the product was returned/refused and it came back to me . I informed them about this but they are not bothered . So, please help me get my money back. I feel AMAZON WILL LEAVE INDIA VERY SOON because of the fraudulent attitude they are showing with customers .I fell the customer care team is totally useless .

                            I am having a complaint against bob that.. On 19 dec 2018 amazon india has refunded my amount for the damged product. But till now the amount has not been reflected in my account???

                              I have a order which have to be delivered today. But i was not at home my mother picked up the call of the delivery boy and told the proper location. There was may be some miscommunication with them and the delivery boy didnt find my home easily. After some time he came infront my house and misbehaved with my old mom. Also refused to handover the parcel though its payment was already cleared with netbanking. He marked the item as rejected by me which is not true. Very disappointed with amazon

                                Had purchased a marks and spencers trench coat and another cotton jacket during the winter sale period. Because the sizes were too large, i had requested for return (Smaller sizes were not available). After the product was taken by the courier guy, i got an email saying that the returned product is either old or a different product. For this i have emailed repeatedly and even called repeatedly saying that the returned item is original and have returned the same product. But they are not listening to me. When i asked them to return the same item which they received to see what is the problem with the product, they have refused to do that!! This is complete harassment and i have been cheated by amazon with my money!

                                Amazon has initiated refund on 16th dec itself ...but corporation bank has not yet added it to the account .
                                It was sqid to be initiated by 21st dec but not recieved yet...i got all these details from amazon customer service ...and i want it to be resolved soon...
                                I ordered a 3combo men shoes but i could get that prodect i get a another shoes i give money to the delivary boy but the prodect was changed i lost my money what can i do. I want my money and They pickup the product from me

                                  I had ordered 2 sarees for 800 on 29th january 2018 with 2 day delivery (Prime customer), with delivery on 30th january 2018. I had ordered it for my friend to present the saree to near by temple on midnight of december 31. I gave her the surety on trusting amazon as a prime customer.

                                  On 30 january by 2 pm i got a message "out for delivery", i am satisfied and continued my works.

                                  But by 5pm, i got a message that customer cant be reached, will be delivered in next attempt. When i try to contact delivery agent number it gets auto disconnect on first ring.

                                  I called 3 times for customer care to get in touch for my product, each said they cant get in touch with person but assured product will be delivered on next day.

                                  No attempt had been made on next day and on jan 01 morning 10:30 am the agent called me to get my location. I just returned the product which is of no use now.

                                  All i got was a bad reputation from my friend and her family for trusting amazon. From amazon i get an apology by stating it wont happen again.

                                  Every courier carrers have their own customer care number to contact the respective hub. But for amazon there is no way to contact the hub or any of its representatives in any emergency.

                                  Amazon made this new year start with a big disappointment and bed reputation.

                                      I ordered macbook from amazon and it is supposed to derived 27 Dec 2018 . My order is not delivered yet and neither got any notification regarding my order. I did communicated with your supporting team, they told me that it is going to derived today . but not delivered yet.
                                      This is very disappointing.

                                        Hi i have ordered 3480 on dec 10th 2018 received product on 13th.

                                        I received a wrong product and immediately i have connected to customer care and they promised for a replacement or return.

                                        Nothing happened as of today and when i called customer care they are telling me to invest money on bluedart and return to the same place where it has come.

                                        Customer care says there is no option to retrun now.

                                        Hopeless situation
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Nothing is delivered and without delivery comments update as delivered. order no. is[protected].
