Ordered sandisk 32gb class 10 micro sdhc memory card with adapter... 13 december, which was expected to be delivered at 16th december and the same was promised by the delivery agent on the same date through phone. After that i they didnt contact me and returned it to the sender without any intimation. When i contacted them today the delivery agent gave me some lame excuses that my address is far for delivery etc etc, though my address is exactly at the town where they normally deliver. The delivery agents have no knowledge regarding the places and the addresses. Such a waste of time for the customers, really disappointed with the experience.

    I had ordered a samsung mobile phone on 15th october and i found a problem with that one. So that i have returned the product and claimed for the refund on 2 nd november. The returned product has been received by them on 10 th november. But till now i don't get my money back. Whenever i have contacted them they are convincing me with i have to wait for again seven more days.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I order Iphone 7 case but instead of it IPhone X is delivered to me and now I want to return the product but no one came from amazon to pick up the product order date 27 nov 2018

      I have ordered s product order id[protected] on 26th november 2018 from my amazon account they said that the product will be delivered with in 10th-13th december 2018. I have done the payment and i eagerly waited till 13th december but when i contacted to the amazon customer support they are saying that the product is cancelled and the refund will be initiated soon. Without any intimation they have cancelled my product. But i want that product. I have wasted my time waiting for the product. Even i want that product. I have requested them lot of times and they are not solving my problem.
      So want to give a complaint on amazon. Please help me to get that product as soon as possible

            I have paid 2 of our landline bill via amazon on 13th of december but still the vendor didn't get the money from amazon while amazon has instantly debit me for the payment. So i paid directly to the vendor due to the reason for uninterrupted service supply. Below is the details of my two order.

            Order no[protected] for bsnl landline payment of inr 4935.
            Order no[protected] for bsnl landline payment of inr 2858.

            Please reverse the amount instantly into my amazon pay. Because on 15th i paid to the vendor directly.
            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My refund from Amazon India amounting to 549 rupeeshas not been transferred to my Canara bank account at Madhapur branch, Hyderabad, though they have provided me with a refund number claiming they have already done so. Please help.

            My refund from Amazon India has not been credited to my Canara bank account at Madhapur branch, Hyderabad yet, although they have sent me a reference number, 178601. The amount should have reflected be 28/11/18. The bank seems to provide no information on the refund.
            I have ordered samjung j2 mobile on amazon on oct 16 and paid it through debit card in advance, order did not got delivered and now amzon is not crediting my amount even after multiple calls.

              I would like to bring your kind attention that i have purchased a shoe (Reebok men's twist grey/black running shoes-8 us (Cn4449) vide order no[protected] dtd.15-oct-2018 from amazon.in and the same has been returned and handed over to courier person with another 2 items i. E. Mi3 band and computer graphics card on 27-oct-2018.

              I got my mi3 replaced and refund of graphics card but not getting refund of shoes costing to rs.2149/-. I have contacted several times to amazon.in customer support officials and every time they took time to resolve this issue but till date they fail to resolve.

              I am facing this kind of frustration and harassment...

                      This is regarding the laptop worth rs 66292 with that i purchased from the amazon.in on 17th november 2018 and the product was delivered to me with no serial number on the invoice due to which i was never able to claim the extended warranty offered by the manufacturer as promotion. So on 23rd november 2018 manufacturer told me to resumbit the correct invoice so i emailed amazon regarding the issue and they assured me that i would be getting the correct invoice within few days but they never sent me so i again mailed their senior management team at [protected]@amazon.in and they again assured me by saying "they know how to make thing done" and from 28th november 2018 i have been asking them for a correct invoice for a product that i paid the full amount and they are not even providing me a genuine invoice with serial number, each time the reply that they are working with the corresponding team and sometimes they even say that they don't even know why their own corresponding is not replying them! Can you believe it that they themselves don't know when would their team reply to them or what's taking so long for their team to just regenerate and email the correct invoice! I even missed the extended warranty promotion due to their delays so they promised me that they would help me in purchasing the extended warranty at regular rate of rs 5200 by giving me the amount in their wallet but they never did, i would be attaching the email with whole conversation as proof.
                      It's been a month and i'm holding a product worth rs 66292 with no correct gst invoice! And i can not play this game forever so i want amazon to not only send the amount of rs 5200 to get the warranty at regular rate as promised as the promotion was missed due to their delays and also pay amount for each day of mental harassment, time and effort waste caused by them along with the correct invoice with serial number!

As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 4th of this month maximum time frame was 7 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service. They didn't give proper reason. Please check and confirm the status and send my money.

                            I purchased royal pet anti-chlorine + general aid + anti-ich + anti fungus rid-all fish medicine - 120ml (4 bottles), order #[protected] from amazon.in on dated 7 dec 2018, the date of delivery of this product was 12 dec 2018 (Amazon delivery team-ats) and i request for reschedule for the delivery date to 15 dec 2018 (Request made on dt 10 dec 2018) on aprovel of request the date of delivery is scheduled to 15 dec 2018, but the product is not delivered and on contacting to customer care no valid response is given to me, same thing happens on 16 dec 2018 on contact to customer care. The amazon fulfilled product has to be delivered on time as i pay for it. No service or sms is given to me for the delay of delivery. It is responsibility of amazon to deliver the product safely and on the committed date but amazon india fails to do that and the reply of customer care is so pathetic that they are trying to say that it is the customer mistake to order or shop from amazon. Their behavior is so rude that they even do not try to understand the customer filling and the problem faced by the me. I demand compensation and want to register complaint against them in consumer court for proper justice. Amazon must provide training to their customer care to resolve the customer issue properly and within time. The product is yet not delivered.

                                I had placed an order for pampers new born baby diaper (24 counts) sold by cloudtail india private limited. It was delivered on 15th december but it was found that the diapers were of different size.in place of new baby diapers, pampers carw xl size packet was delivered to me. It is found that diapers doesnt come under return polict. Then will u kindly guide me what i should do? Do i have to wait for the new born baby to wear the xl size.

                                  I have searched for a product "maharsh silicon moisturising heel swelling pain relief foot support to eliminate cracks" in amazon.in

                                  I don't have prime membership and i have to pay for shipment. So, i asked my friend who has prime membership to order it for me and i was shocked by seeing the price shown for the same product for prime customer.

                                  Price details:
                                  Non prime customers: ₹89 + ₹77 delivery charge (Mrp: ₹599)
                                  Prime customers: ₹174 + free delivery (Mrp: ₹232)

                                  I was not expecting such a cheap minded business ethics from big player like amazon.

                                  Never ever trust amazon!!

                                    I have purchased a bookmyshow voucher of 500 from amazon pay on dec 08 2018... The next day when i'm trying to redeem that voucher, it was showing that "sorry. The offer you trying to avail does not exist or expired" when i had a discussion with the customer service guy. He told me sorry for the inconvenience sir, we will send you the different voucher on your mail. But instead of sending the different voucher, he sent me the same voucher about which i was complaining him. Then i write a mail to the amazon service team with the screenshot shot of the failure while redeeming the voucher on dec 9, they told me they will resolve the problem with in 48 hours which they didn't.
                                    Then again i called them on 12th dec. The service guy told me sir we will refund you i
                                    Your amount in your amazon pay wallet within 2 hours but he sent me again the same old voucher which and still not received any sort of return from them.

                                      Hello sir, i have ordered[protected]) laptop online (https://www.amazon.in) on 9th dec with same day delivery option, this means i will get guaranty product on same day. But they didn't delivered the product on 9th, i tried to contact courier team multiple time but no response. Later i spoke with call center (6 pm) they promised me to deliver product on 9th before 9.30 pm. But they never came and delivered the product. Next day when i spoke with customer care, again they promised i will get product on 10th dec before 9.00 pm, but failed again with no response. Later i tried to escalate with their management and spoke with their mangers and leaders, even they promised me to get product on 11th dec. But didn't got.

                                      Later did follow-up, they said product is returning to warehouse, as they was unable to contact me, and later they will replace the order and i will get it by 14th dec.

                                      On 14th i didn't received any product and call.

                                      Again tried to call care center on 15th, now they are saying product had issue so we cancelled it and refund has been initiated. I told i don't want refund please reorder it, and then they are saying they won't able to order its need to done by myself again. But when i am checking online the product price got increased with 5000, to order i need to pay more money and care can't help me in this.

                                      I am really tired talking to them and need your help in this so they should not cheat any other peoples. They are keep on saying lie and making wrong promises.

                                      Even i said will raise consumer complaint for this, they are not worried of this and saying yes please go and do it.

                                        My account is on hold from 1+ hold because my nephew filled some fake credit card details to my account. I have 1000+rupees in my amazon account.
                                        I contacted them about 30+ times byt every time they are sending same mail that we are not able to confirm your billing details affiliated card with 9501 but as i already said that that card isn't mine. I said i am ready to provide my any details and documents but same reply every time they are not listening to me i said atleast give me my money back because i am very poor.
