I bought a laptop worth rs 1, 08, 500 from amazon india on 24th dec, 2018. This was a defective item so i returned it back to them on 27th dec, 2018. Its been so many days since but there is no update from their side about the return and refund. I have been calling them every working day about the refund and i get to hear the same thing everyday that your refund is processed and you will get within 2-3 working days.

I have waited for so many days and still when i call them they say you will get in 3 working days. No body cares and working on this issue. Please help.

I am using an amazon account, recently added some amount into the account, now wanted to transfer the same amount to get transferred into the source account, despite making phone calls to customer care I am not able to do so

    Sir, my elder brother mr. Sohit tiwari ordered this product on date 26/11/2018, the order number of product is "[protected]". He received product on date 03/12/2018 and when he opened the box, he found 8 different parts in box but that parts are not complete set of product, some parts was still missing. He complaint about this to amazon's customer care executive, he told him that return service is not available on that address so he can return product on "self" expenses by any courier agency and amazon india will pay that expenses amount in amazon pay balance. So my brother return that product on 17/12/2018 by "trackon couriers pvt. Limited". They reached at address (Which was mailed by amazon's customer care executive) for return purpose, but "seller denied to accept the product without giving any clear information".
    After that again i call to customer care and he told me that "barcode on slip" was not scanned properly that's why seller is not accepting that product, paste another copy of that slip on packet and dispatch it to seller again. Then i contact to courier agency and told him full story but this they were not ready to dispatch product on same address and said to me that they can deliver that product any of the address in delhi or gurgaon. So i again call to customer care and told him this story and he said me that i can courier that product from delhi to gurgaon by any courier service. After that i tell him that i had already paid 2500/- rs amount to reach that product on seller address and when i contact some courier agency to transfer they were telling much amount for that. The customer care executive said to me, that i confirm him about the amount of courier agency before dispatching the product from delhi to gurgaon and when i call customer care and told her that dtdc is agree to dispatch product on price[protected]/- rs then she denied to pay that amount to me and said that company can only pay 2500/- rs. I argued her that i have talked so many times to customer care executives but no one tell me the actual payable amount, now how can i pay this amount from my side and no one told me that barcode will be scanned on seller store so please care about that and also i said to her that you can pick that packet from your own side from delhi and pay me 2500/- rs for courier then she said that they pick that product then 2500/- rs will not be refundable.
    Sir i am in very much trouble due to this product. I need my money back and i will not buy any product at my home address due to poor service of amazon india.
    I will wait for your response, please reply me as soon as possible.

      I recharged my prepaid mobile no. On amazon on 28th december 2018 o[censored]sing my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 29th december 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.       Initially I ordered my product by pod method by mistake.. then i cancelled it and changed the mode of payment.. but now they have cancelled my pod option .. Y so.. I want my pod option back.. I m a regular customer of amazon

        We were said that our product will get delivered of 2nd jan - 4th jan and we got a message that product got delivered on 4th jan. My husband immediately called amazon and informed that we have not received the product. They said it might get delived by end of the day. We didnt received the product so we called them at night go check the status. They didnt had any clue where the product was and this product costed 4.5k we couldnt afford to get it misplaced. To top it all the amazon executives were very rude to talk to and not at all responsive. They asked to wait for more 24 hours, we informed that we have already waited so much just let us know where is the product, again they had no answers. Today is 6th jan sunday and we still have not received our product and we are since morning in call with amazon team they still have no clue. We can not even cancel our order as apparently it is delivered.

        We have complaint to amazon constantly they are still not up to the mark. We just need our product.

          I booked coffee powder to my residential address. Courier boy could not delivered and returned the same with complaint refused by me.
          When i contracted he says he returned i have book again. When i booked again amazon has not provided me discount and charged extra (Rs.480/-) but second time also the same courier returned with same objection.

          I tried to contact coureir boy but refused to attempt the call.

          They are ridicules giving wrong traking information about product ..after calling costumer care they give totally fake and wrong misleading information it's my third bad service experience regarding..Amazon
          They are terrible..Never ever believed on it ...

            Hello,
            I have purchased xiomi redmi 6 pro on emi of 990 rs per month on icici debit cards and its of 12 emi's. And first emi was autodebit from icici account of 1222 rs.
            I want to know why this is extra charges are applied??
            If this kind of emi is there then it will be around 4-5k extra charged to my handset. Which is quite expensive to me.
            Please help me out.

              M order gym product on amazon website, i paied 3084 rupees in my sb account. Product delivered in after one month delayed. And quality is very poor. So returning by my self. They are told a same answer "process going on" but still now no more improvement.. Can you please take a action for my "refund amount"..

                1. I ordered a pair of asics shoes from site amazon in a sale for ruppees 3499.in that they gave me 500 ruppees cashback amount in their own account. I didn\'t apply any voucher manually but their automatically took on certain terms and conditions.
                2. Now the seller sent me wrong shoes. He sent me cheap shoes of ginger putting asics brand tag and inside asics shoe box.
                3. I called customer care for this matter they said they will investigate. They took 5 days and didn\'t give me any proper reason that why this has happened and asked me to provide the pick up time for it and they will initiate the return.
                4. Their app doesn\'t allow initiating a return request by purchaser in case the wrong product is delivered. You have to call customer care and after investigation is done they themselves initiate the return. That\'s exactly what happened.
                5 but now they have initiated the refund amount of rs2999 deducting rs500 as cashback received as amazon pay balance account.
                6. I called them again they showed me down terms and conditions page
                7.in that terms and conditions below point is written - in the event the order is returned by the purchaser or cancelled by the purchaser, seller or amazon seller services private limited, for any reason whatsoever, the order / purchase transaction will not qualify for this offer and the participation of the purchaser will be deemed withdrawn.in the event the order is cancelled in part, the offer may be availed only on the net amount paid by the purchaser basis eligibility.
                8. Now tell me isn't it an unfair policy and practice, they are following. They are forcing me to buy from them own site even though the fault was there, from their end. I had to call them again and again, every time new customer executive picks up the call and i had to explain the situation too to bottom. I mailed them sending pictures and everything i did from my end. But instead of compensating me they deducted my amount. I didnt want their cashback. I don\'t ask for it. I didn't apply any any voucher on it. I even didn't cancel the order. I took all of the pain from my side and they are like their system is designed in such way only. Which i think personally is not a fair practice. It\'s not about 500 bucks it\'s about the way they are conducting it. I want to know can something be done on this part legally.

                  On 31st december 2018 i ordered iphone 8 plus 64gb gold varient thru credit card emi from amazon.in
                  On 5th january 2019, around 10:00 a. M i got my parcel, upon opening up it turned out to be an almost damaged coolpad phone nicely wrapped in an iphone 8 plus box.
                  This is extremely sad and highly unprofessional on behalf of amazon and also the seller.
                  I was shocked to see this and felt cheated.

                  This is nothing but forgery and theft and i will not leave this issue so easily.
                  I would for sure file a complaint with the consumer court for such atrocious misconduct such things cannot be let off easily. No one should be cheated upon like this with their hard earned money. This is highly wrong in every manner possible and am deeply upset.

                    I received this bill electronically but i don't even have a card. Remove the charge. I don't understand how a short complaint gets ignored. I'd think the person at your end would think maybe the problem will be fairly easy to fix.

                    In my case, i was billed for a charge that i not only did not make, abut i also do not have one of your charge chards.

                    If i knew what the object is maybe i would pay the bill. However, i need proof it is mine. If you cannot provide proof of what the object is, i will not pay the bill.

                        It's really pathetic to return product by self that too for the biggest shopping sites like amazon. If buyers have to return the products by self, then what's the point in doing online shopping, instead it's better to go to shopping mall and buy the product or use other shipping sites. Initially customer care guys promised that you don't worry sir we will ask the seller to arrange for return pick up and wasted so much time and my patience, then after 7 days replied that you have to return the product by self, we won't help you regarding the return as the product is not amazon fulfilled. Really pathetic.

                          I ordered 4 books from amazon.in which was due to arrive on 5 january 2019. At first they only dispatched 3 books out of 4 and i had to cancel the remaining book that was bound to be delayed by them.
                          Then on delivery day when i tracked my consignment status, it showed returning to seller. After waiting fir such a long time, all i got was this stupid reason : "our delivery master do not deliver in your region".
                          Come onnnn...
                          I ordered it on 29/12/2018.

                            I have purchased a table lamp on 25 oct 2018 from amazon india the transaction was completed through bhim app. I have returned due to some reasons but i didn't get any refund of 499.                               I had ordered and item to someone. According to your tracking number i called the person and told her that the item has been delivered to which she said the it has not been delivered. How can this happen. Next time amazon can say any thing even if the item not delivered amazon can say it is delivered. As a customer how can i have any trust in amazon orders. How can amazon explain this error? Can your guys not do some thing about this? According to me this is a big blunder on amazon's part. Amazon had to hold responsible for this courier services.

                              Amazon India Tacking system says item had been delivered and signed by the receiver. But in reality the item had not received. When I called them they said that it will be delivered after two days. How can you trust Amazon on their deliveries?????????????

                                  I had ordered a guitar on 23rd of dec18 and was to get it delivered on 31st dec. On 31dec i got a message that the item is out for delivery but didnt get it even after 6pm. Upon calling the agent's no he said he was on leave and asked me to call his office. On calling the no he provided i was promised that it would be delivered the nxt day and again i didnt get the nxt day too. Today (4th jan 2019) they called me and said since the item is big they need to hire a taxi and i should pay for the taxi fare. Although i was shocked i agreed to pay for the taxi and they agreed to bring me the item today. I havnt got it yet. Amazon plz dont sell products if you cannot deliver. Such a shame..

                                    This is in regards to the product purchased from Amazon on 10th Oct 2018
                                    Product Name: Redmi Y2 Phone (Blue 3GB/32 GB)
                                    IMEI on Invoice: [protected]
                                    IMEI on Actual Product Received: [protected]
                                    Insurance Purchased: Acko All-Round Mobile Protection Plan

                                    The complaint is regarding the issuance of the wrong invoice due to which the insurance plan linked got registered on a wrong IMEI no. which doesn't belong to us. This can further cause us to have problems in the future in terms of availing warranty for the product purchased.

                                    I have been following up with Amazon for a long time but I haven't received a resolution as yet. Instead, I have always received a reply stating that Amazon team is working on my case on a priority basis and resolution will be provided in the next 7 business days, which never happened.

                                    I also emailed the same concern to Amazon Nodal Officer but still no response.

                                    Hence I request Amazon to issue a new invoice with correct IMEI no. along with a letter which helps me to avail warranty for the same or Refund of the insurance amount as it doesn't hold any value for me.

                                      My order[protected], the product biba women's kurta is kept for return for long time... The return had been done after 5 complaints about delivery agent misbehavior... No action was taken by them.. So i had to file fir against the delivery agent as it was harassment... Even after that they didn't do anything nor apologist for it.. The return was created against by me and they picked - up. And they didn't issue refund to me in my bank account as i opted for it... I take all my refund in my bank account only as i don't trust there amazon bal. They have many cases of frauds... They don't believe in any customer service or loyalty and did fraud with me too... My money is stuck in there amazon bal... I want refund in my bank account... Pls help me

                                        I regret for writing to you because of the order no:.[protected]
                                        This order came in without the product. When we raised a complaint you guys asked us 3 days time. We patiently waited for positive resolution until yesterday but you guys declined our complaint. I did not expected this!!!.

                                        We are not kidding here to simply waste our precious time and your time as well. My brother opened the order in front of the delivery boy and her other 2 friends. The upper cover of the box was covered and inside there was a amazon box (Unsealed) and under that there was a fort collins box (Unsealed) with warranty and a plastic cover in it but it didn't had the shoes in side it. I would like to know more on how secured delivery you provide when shipped from your vendor? I would like to hear from you.

                                        We trusted you guys and paid the amount pre order delivery and you guys are closing the complaint without any resolution to our order shouting at us saying you go and complaint to consumer court (This was a call today morning with my mom). This is not the way how you speak to a women and your customer who blindly paid the money before the order delivery. You guys are losing trust from your trustworthy customers. Please be gentle when you speak to your customer!

                                        'that product was actually my brother's b'day gift on 1st january, luckily my brother opened the box on the delivery time to check the product. Imagine if i would have opened the box on my bday, how ridiculous it would be..: (

                                        You people are hurting us personally and professionally. We are not lying, me and my brother struggle a lot to to get our family going. This was one of the surprise gift ever in my life.

                                        One more thing, the courier boy is calling my brother midnight 10 pm asking us what we told to myntra.in fact he helped us with the amazon support number. Please reopen the complaint and come with a positive resolution.

                                        I am losing hope of e-commerce because of this situation. Hope you understand our problem and provide us a positive resolution.
