I have requested for refund but the refund is not processed for the order no:[protected] and amount is 690. The costomer exucative not solving my issues and say its your problem we have no resposibility of this. Amazon representative told me that we can not do anything for this refund as we alredy refunded your amount but it not reflected in your acount. They told me that your refund is initiated on 5th of nov but still i have not...

On 1st nov 2018 i've order a mobile phone and i've cancelled it on the same day because of no liking it anymore. Then they have initiated refund on 7 nov 2018 still i didn't get my amount credited to my account. As amazon says you've to contact bank customer care regarding this and charge dispute file against this but they're saying we cannot do that. And our state bank of india is also not responding with this....
