[Resolved] Amazon India — fraudulent activity:- wrong delivery and thereupon non replacement of the same | |||||
Dear sir / mam, I, saumyajit parida, have placed an order for "sheaffer 9325-1 glossy rollerball pen - black" on 26th oct 2017. Order no for the same is order#[protected] and snapshot of the same is enclosed for your ready reference. In place of the relevant pen which i purchased, a pen of another variety was delivered on 30th oct 2017. I thereupon called amazon customer care for replacement. They had said o replace the same at the earliest and till date no action has been taken. I have been daily following up regarding the same and the customer care personnel is neither sending some one to pickup nor refunding my money. The said pen was a gift for someone and due to amazon's carelessness and non seriousness towards its reciprocal obligation, i have failed to deliver the intended action. I request you to help me by taking strict action against amazon by refunding my money and warning them to be strict against the above said futuristic negligence.
