I plaiced order on 12th jan paying in advance (prepaid)But too many items showed tremendous issues like long delayed productmissing item and wrong item sent when tried to report this on amazon site thru my account the site wont register the pics and complaint draft when emailed on amazon customer care email-id [protected]@amazon.inthey are giving excuses and not addressing the fraudulent practises of the sellers on their site ORDER # [protected] IMC Oilordered on 12th jan because it was showing one day delivery!promised delivery by 9pm on 13th janI waited and requested to cancel this item on 14th night 9pm but amazon is forcing this item on me by not cancelling this far delayed shipment.
ORDER # [protected] Ved Tattva ordered on 12th jan in tablet form but received a packet of powder.Written email to amazon they dodged my email. not resolving this issue

This order is for two bottles ans charged for two. But sent only onetries to report on site. But site would not process it further. So I wrote email with pictures to CS-reply id but again they ignored it and had no interest in resolving this issue.
Sir please help point out scam by amazon selling faulty product / late services / mismanaged dispatch then disappearing leaving customers harassed.
My only request was to refund or send correct items to me.
