Amazon India — FRAUDULENT festival offers - Big Billion | |||||
During Big Billion offer in October I have purchased around 10 products to make my self eligible for the promo. They have delivered 7 but not other 3. I got a call from courier guy and he said that he had problem with his bike he will deliver it next day morning. But all of a sudden I started getting messages stating delivery attempted first time customer was not available, second reason incorrect address. Immediately they have initiated the refund and made myself ineligible for the promo. I clearly see a Fradulent mind behind this transactions. When I escalated for senior guy at Amazon.in (Mr.Taheem) he offered me some discount as if he has done a favor to me and still I lost eligibility for part of that promo ( lucky draw) due to this CHEAP tactic of Amazon.in team. I did not want to leave this matter just like that as they made me a BIG FOOL out of this clear conspiracy. Not sure they fooled how many customers like this. I want this get escalated to CEO of Amazon ( NOT India customer care). Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered product under 2 days priority delivery and paid extra for it. Now the delivery is 4 days late and every time I call customer care they say "within 24 hours product will be delivered". It's hopeless experience for a loyal amazon customer.
People liked this american company and made it number 1 online e-commerce site because of it's brand and service and reputation. With this year's festival sale, amazon has relied on cheap techniques and lost all the reputation and customers too.
