Amazon India — Fraudulent "Prime" delivery subscription of Amazon India | |||||
Amazon charges Rs. 499 to subscribe to its same day/next day delivery option named Amazon prime. if subscribed, delivery is purported to be free. I subscribed the same with great hopes. But it turned out to be a fraud. Items are delivered without any visible delivery charges but never on the same day or next day and some times delivery takes several days. Imagine, if 10 lakh customers subscribe this prime, the money made by Amazon is nearly Rs. 50 Crores ! This is big fraud going on. On contacting, Amazon customer care representatives apologize shamelessly without any corrective action. Taking or writing to any responsible/senior person is impossible.
