Amazon India — Fresh Product not received

I have ordered for a D-Link DSL 2750U modem vide order no.[protected] dated 25/10/2016 but to my surprise, I have not received the accessories as detailed in your site and also received an used modem which are full of scratches.

I therefoe request for replacement of the above item and request to also supply the accessories.
